  0 stars if I could. Ordered a $6000 lift kit with an eta of 8-10 weeks in June. Received 5 emails from June to end of July stating parts have arrived and ready for pick up. Made 5 trips down to collect parts. Parts not in stock. Made multiple attempts to contact by phone and email with no response. 10th week passes, still no update. Unable to get ahold of them. Created an investigation against charges and was immediately threatened by jb’s after receiving no contact. Advised parts would be in for September. Come September no update, can’t not determine if parts have even been ordered yet let alone shipped. Asked if they could ship the parts to me, answer was no with no reason, created rcmp report. Next day was sent a refund for a portion of the missing items. Not the full amount and not enough to order from a competent company. Unable to get a hold of them still. Short money and parts. Do not shop here, shop anywhere else. Order date on invoice shows June for kit. Order date for missing items shows August 31st. Never advised they hadn’t ordered, only advised they were delayed in shipping apparently

  Requested some information regarding some parts as they were listed as a dealer on the company's website here in canada. Their reply was I do not have any information about a purchase from you. Contact the manufacturer. Great customer service, guess I'll be looking elsewhere for automotive accessories.

  Website pictures are random. When I let them know the image on my order did not match what came in they didn't allow exchange or refund for prepaid in store pickup. When I emailed they didnt even respond. I only requested they update the image thinking it could have been an honest mistake. Apparently they just dont care.

  These guys are awesome best service very friendly and helpful got speakers and lights for my truck sounds amazing and my lights are awesome I highly recommend these guys u won't be disappointed trust me thanks guys u rock I will definitely be back for other stuff for truck
