- SSshecklerryan1Oct 2, 20261.0I'm unsure why I had such a poor experience today. I typically bring all three of my vehicles to your location for oil changes. Today was extremely frustrating. I recently had my Volkswagen Touareg professionally polished and ceramic coated. One of your technicians struggled to install the engine air filter and was forcefully jamming it in. I asked the attendant at my window to ask him to be more careful and stop smashing the filter. His response was dismissive: we don't get many Touregs. So you're saying that because you rarely service this model, it's acceptable to damage the air filter? To make matters worse, that same technician got sandy oil by rubbing his dirty shirt against the paint of my suv. I spoke with the manager, but his customer service was poor. He suggested I come back so they could wash it off. I told him this shouldn't have happened in the first place, especially since I'd just invested in professional polishing and ceramic coating. I asked if he had any knowledge or expertise in protecting that finish. When I requested to speak with someone higher up, he said he was the highest authority. I then asked about a head office, and he claimed any complaint would just come back to him anyway, so it wouldn't matter. To be direct: if this is the service level at your oil change location, you couldn't pay me to return with my vehicle.
