- JMJacob McCracken3 days ago1.0Came in for an oil change and left before the service. The service advisor was weird, kind of coughing on me. Whatever.. But then I asked him to not top up my power steering fluid unless they had motocraft. They did not have that. I asked him to just leave it because I personally only like to use the fluid my owners manual recommends. He argued with me. I did not want to argue and completely lost faith in this person being around my vehicle. It was just really annoying and uncomfortable, so I asked to leave and went over to jiffy line and had a completely different experience. Maybe the rest of the staff are better but I wouldn’t go there and take the chance of trusting my vehicle with a service advisor that can’t even understand agreeing with the customer and doing what they ask from a very simple instruction.
