  Like many here I had an issue with a skid plate after an oil change here. It was dragging on the ground and after Inspection I noticed that many of the bolts had their heads snapped off. Escalated it to the managers but very little care was taken. They didn’t return my call I actually had to drive in to follow up. They tried to fix it but only offer for the damage to the plate (which we were quoted $1000 to repair) was a 50% off oil change. Spent more of their time convincing me this was normal (including snapping of bolts) and there was little they could do to prevent it.

  I do a ton of driving, so keeping my fluids topped off is not optional. Stopped into Great Canadian Oil Change and they took care of me fast. Checked everything, topped off what I needed, and got me back on the road. This is my go-to spot to keep my vehicle dialed in and running right. Friendly crew and no wasted time. Five stars.

  I called ahead and asked VERY SPECIFICALLY if they had valvoline restore and protect, and they said yes I drove there and waited 30 minutes for my oil change, I asked again if they had VRAP, they said yes they did not use VRAP, they tell me after they do not have it. Service manager offers me $30 off next oil change, Gee thanks. so just $10 more than the coupon I get in the email anyway. I could have changed my own oil or at least brought a jug of VRAP for them to uses. IT was very important to me to switch to this oil due to oil loss in my 2.4 GDI engine. Angelo Talarico

  This location is very good. Consistently good. Very respectful, they work well together, communicate effectively with their team AND the customer. They know how to follow customer requests. They did the lights check before we got in. This is time efficient, especially on a busy day. I come the extra distance, just to have my car serviced by these folks. Shout out to Juan, Kiko and the team!

  I haven’t serviced my car in a while and asked them to check additional fluids from my oil change… they did a great job showing me what needed to be done and what could wait! Thanks Landon for showing me the color change in fluids that needed to be changed!
