- MJM.N. Jomha3 days ago5.0I got a “coolant low” warning on my vehicle, stopped in at the crowfoot location and they topped up my coolant and inspected for any leaks free of charge! I tried to pay and they refused! That level of customer service is lost on a lot of businesses these days. Great team over there.
- LWLianne Wiebe3 days ago1.0Had my oil changed on August 25th as I was headed to Kelowna the next morning. When I left Great Canadian Oil Change I noticed right away that my car seemed to be sounding very loud. I should have returned at that moment, however I was pressed for time. It continued to be loud on the road trip and when I arrived in Kelowna my brother in law noticed the clips on the air filter were not secured. Once secured, my car was functioning quietly once again. It is so frustrating, that there are so many mechanics there prioritizing upselling your service, meanwhile just trying to do a basic oil change and something as simple as ensuring the air filter is secured doesn’t even happen. Very disappointing and I will not return to these “speedy” oil change businesses. I cannot trust them, if something so basic cannot be completed properly.

While he was working on my vehicle, I had additional questions, JC went above and beyond to answer everything, and a few of the other guys stepped right up to jump in, help out, and make sure all my questions were fully answered. I felt taken care of, and I will definitely be back. Couldn't recommend this crew more!
- BPBrad PrambergAug 25, 20265.0These guys helped me out. had a slight oil drip that I noticed in my garage. Went there and asked them to take a look. turns out that the Mr. lube guys didn’t tighten everything up as much as they should’ve. Fixed it no charge.

The staff gets you in and out without any hassle and I’ve always been happy with the work. Definitely my go-to place for an oil change. Highly recommend!
