My family and I will continue to come here for reliable service. I love that the communicate clearly, check each others work, and that the manager is on the floor helping with the jobs.
- YMYour dream man6 days ago1.0My car was fine until I brought it in. After they tried and failed to change some of my fluid because they didn't have the right piece, my check engine light came on. Their employees proceeded to tell me that my check engine light was on before (it wasn't). Afterwards I had to take into an actual mechanic to get fixed. What ended up costing me a ton of money.

I was very impressed with Hector, the manager, who went out of his way to attend to safety details on my son’s car. He replaced the belt so fast!. Hector—we appreciate your attention to detail. Our son is travelling long distances for work and a car issue on the road would have been suboptimal. Thank you!

I arrived close to them, closing up the shop and all the staff was still happy to be there well at least seemed like it. I had great conversation with Hector. I hope you’re working next time I need an oil change Hector, don’t forget to go and check out Bow Cycle & Sports. I forgot to mention the bikes are better quality there and lighter as well the workers there know what they’re doing as well as you guys. If you see this Hector, I hope you enjoy your first bike ride of the season.
