- CGCrown G2 days ago1.0I was ripped off. I pressed the regular gas option, and they approved me for premium.. They didn’t do anything about it. If you are fuelling up here, make sure they don’t do that. Dont fuel up here
- ATAshu Tosh6 days ago1.0I am writing to report a frustrating experience at the Calgary Flying J fuel station involving staff member Parneet Kaur. After fueling, the pump printer was completely out of paper. When I went inside to notify staff, Parneet dismissed the issue entirely, stating I was the "first person to mention it" rather than simply taking care of the issue. She remained distracted throughout the interaction, wearing earbuds and focusing on her phone instead of helping customers. When drivers are on tight schedules, dealing with indifferent staff who ignore basic pump maintenance is unacceptable. Staff on the front counter should be attentive to the fuel lanes, off their personal phones during shifts, and ready to resolve minor station issues promptly.
- TPTyler PennerAug 4, 20261.0This place is a crap hole. Early digital pumps, and out of the 4 diesel pumps they have only 1 pump works. Nothing taped off that tells you not to use it, just trial and error. The pumps might turn on but they won't dispense fuel, so after trying all 4, pump 2 finally worked. Then however, it only let me fuel up to 400 litres which is only half a tank for me and the whole time it's pumping away you could just hear it screaming for help. Needs a big upgrade, if Nanton can do it, so can Lethbridge.
