- MAMr AshuAug 23, 20261.0Absolute incompetence & power trip Avoid dealing with Parneet Kaur at all costs. She acts like she runs the entire operation, but can’t follow basic, entry-level instructions. I gave explicit, clear directions to bill/allocate diesel for the reefer unit only. Instead, Parneet paid zero attention, bypassed basic operational procedures, and put the diesel straight on the truck. That isn't just a minor mistake; it completely messes up fuel tracking and creates unnecessary tax and accounting headaches. When a clerk is playing manager but lacks the fundamental skill to pay attention to a simple fuel split, they shouldn't be handling customer accounts. Completely unprofessional and utterly unreliable. Save yourself the accounting nightmare and deal with someone who actually knows what they're doing. Hope management steps into and train her basic etiquette and Customer service other wise I will escalate this issue to the Higher Management of Flying J
- CGCrown GAug 19, 20261.0I was ripped off. I pressed the regular gas option, and they approved me for premium.. They didn’t do anything about it. If you are fuelling up here, make sure they don’t do that. Dont fuel up here
