  Had a great experience with Kale and the rest of the team at this Enterprise location. They picked me up from my place and the driver was friendly and on-time. He did almost get us smoked by a truck but those traffic circles are treacherous at the best of times so I won't really hold it against him. :) They got me situated with a vehicle in no time, did an orientation and got me on my way. They ensured that I was happy and went over and beyond to ensure my experience was great. The customer in front of me sounded like a regular to this location and she was saying how happy she was with the service. Can't thank Kale and team enough and would definitely rent from them again. Hopefully I'll never have to because the reason I needed a rental in the first place is only because my vehicle is being repaired LOL.

  I had a rental car and the ac wasnt working at all. I asked if it was possible to have any type of compensation and they agreed that I return the rental with half a tank of gas which seems very reasonable. The customer service was great overall.

  I really appreciated the customer service I got from Oyin when needing a vehicle while my car was been repaired at the TD Auto Centre. Thanks Enterprise Rent-A-Car for employing such kind and competent people like Oyin, as she was great to deal with.

  I had a rental via Allstate. The first VW Tiguan assigned to me had engine issues before I left their lot. The second vehicle assigned to me had defective passenger doors, wasn't cleaned, and also wouldn't start on the last day I had it. Zero communication, zero accountability, and absolutely zero customer service. I missed several hours of work, but this location or their corporate office don't seem to care. Avoid this place and the Douglasdale location. Update: It's convenient that Enterprise reaches out after being ignored for a month. More updates to follow. I called Enterprise again, and never received a response back. Go figure. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.
