  Didn’t actually get an opportunity to use their services today as I was essentially chastised about their policy. I was supposed to pick up a rental for insurance purposes today and was offered a pick up from one of their agents the day before. The pick up was supposed to be at the autobody shop where my vehicle was being dropped off. When I called to arrange said pick up, I was given the riot act essentially about what their policy is the fact that they don’t normally do that and a bunch of other things. I think it goes without saying that I didn’t ask for the ride it was offered to me and so then to come back let me know that you’ll help me out this one time but that it’s not part of your policy and continue to explain why I’m essentially getting a favour from you guys was a wild turn of events. The entire process was so infuriating I cancelled the service altogether and now I’ll be sharing a vehicle with my husband for the next couple of days. I’m in management and in no way would I argue or treat a potential client this way. You need an entire new staff at that location.

  I have rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car many times, but today's experience was very disappointing. My insurance company had already made a reservation. I called three times (1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM) to arrange a pick-up, and each time I was told to call back at 4:00 PM. When I called at 4:05 PM, I was told there was no pick-up service available. When I reminded the staff member about our earlier conversations, the response was, "I don't know anything." This was very unprofessional. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would definitely choose it.

  Had a great experience with Kale and the rest of the team at this Enterprise location. They picked me up from my place and the driver was friendly and on-time. He did almost get us smoked by a truck but those traffic circles are treacherous at the best of times so I won't really hold it against him. :) They got me situated with a vehicle in no time, did an orientation and got me on my way. They ensured that I was happy and went over and beyond to ensure my experience was great. The customer in front of me sounded like a regular to this location and she was saying how happy she was with the service. Can't thank Kale and team enough and would definitely rent from them again. Hopefully I'll never have to because the reason I needed a rental in the first place is only because my vehicle is being repaired LOL.
