- LSLuke SmithSep 26, 20261.0One of my worst experiences with Enterprise. First, I was told multiple times that someone would pick me up. I called several times, only to be given excuse after excuse. In the end, I had to order a Lyft and arrived nearly two hours late. Once I finally arrived, I had to wait another hour for the car. Again, I was given a barrage of excuses, including that their shop vac was too small and they were having problems cleaning the vehicles. The dealership was also under construction, but that is an internal issue that should have been resolved by Enterprise. They could have coordinated with another branch, such as the airport location, to use their cleaning facilities. These are not things a customer should have to worry about. After waiting so long, I eventually accepted that the exterior of the vehicle was still filthy just so I could finally leave. To be fair, the interior was clean. Overall, I wasted approximately three hours of my time because Enterprise was not prepared to provide a vehicle when promised. Very disappointing experience.
