- APAndrew PletschAug 19, 20263.0OK experience, they won't drop you off at the airport despite it being less than 4km away which is frustrating. This is apparently due to their being an enterprise at the airport but if they're sold out/you still want to give them your business then you have to uber back and forth.
- BKbrandi kingAug 18, 20261.0Enterprise Rent-A-Car takes reservations and then apparently doesn’t honor them. In my case, their failure to provide the vehicle I RESERVED caused me to miss the funeral of a loved one. Their response? “Sorry.” What exactly is the point of taking a reservation if you’re not going to hold a vehicle for the customer who booked it? This wasn’t a minor inconvenience or a delayed vacation. I missed something that I can never get back. An apology doesn’t come close to addressing that. Absolutely horrible experience. Completely unreliable company. 0/10. never trust Enterprise with an important trip.
- AAAddieAug 10, 20263.0A few weeks ago when we visited, it took over a hour for us to get our car (arrived right at our scheduled pick-up time). We weren't able to choose the car and it wasn't super ideal for the activities we had planned. The car ended up being fine though and, upon returning the car, one of the employees was super empathic and offered us a discount should we return. Super average experience. WAY cheaper than renting from the airport though- so might be worth it for some people!
- AKali khanJul 30, 20265.0A huge thank you to the team at Enterprise Calgary Country Hills, especially Kunal and Assistant Manager Faizan. After our vehicle broke down on the way to our family vacation, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their outstanding customer service and genuine willingness to help, we were able to continue our trip and make it back home without further stress. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a very difficult situation much easier. I can’t thank Kunal and Faizan enough and highly recommend this Enterprise location!
