    Worst experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from this place. The staff were dishonest and unprofessional. They claimed my credit card didn’t work and forced me out, even though I was able to use the exact same card immediately after—for a cab and at the airport without any issues. Completely unacceptable behavior. I would not trust this location at all.

    THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST !!!, FIRST THEY SAY NO VEHICLES, THEN I CALL THE CENTER AND BOOK A RESERVATION ONLINE AND WORKS, THEN I GO THERE THEN THEY TRY TO PROCESS MY CC WHICH WORKED DAY BEFORE WHEN RENTED IN EDMONTON AND THEY KICK ME OUT OF LOCATION WITHOUT CARYING AT ALL, INSTEAD OF TRYIN TO HELP, I HAD ANOTHER CC AND DEBIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENTS WHICH THEY REFUSE TO TAKE, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!! EVEN THEIR PHONE DONT WORK AND SOUNDS LIKE CRAP.

    Had a really great experience with Enterprise while my car was in the body shop. Faizan, Ashley, and Anmol (I guess) were all super helpful, friendly, and made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. The entire team was professional and accommodating throughout. Really appreciate the great service—would definitely recommend!
