We had a very good experience with Enterprise, especially since this was our first time renting a car. We originally went to another Enterprise location, but unfortunately they rejected our rental and could not provide us with a car. We then came to this location, and the experience was completely different. Ruhi Sharna was very helpful and quickly checked our information and confirmed that a car was available for us. She also recommended that we purchase the CDW, which we decided to take. The whole process was very smooth and quick, and we were able to get the car without any trouble. The car was also very clean and in great condition, which made us feel comfortable throughout our trip. On our way back, unfortunately, a small stone hit the windshield and left a small mark. It wasn't very noticeable, but we were still a little worried when returning the car. Daryna Osaulenko helped us with the inspection and told us that everything was good. We were immediately relieved and really appreciated how smoothly she handled the return. Overall, we had a great first car rental experience. We really appreciate Ruhi Sharna's recommendation and both Ruhi and Daryna for their helpful and professional service. Thank you for making our first rental experience so easy and stress-free!

By far the best car rental company in the airport rental industry, every time I rent from them I am convinced I made the right decision to do business with their company! The reps at the Calgary NE airport location were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me and get me into my car

I’ve had a Car rental through TD insurance twice. The car rental people are at the Hopewell location. Rented a vehicle in Sep 2026 and the car came dirty with crumbs and grease all over and smells. Worst than the state of a personal vehicle. I Lysol wiped everything myself with about 10 wipes. Stains, spills, crumbs, oil, and dirt or food including the seat. Second, they gave me the car as “half full” tank which then they said “oh just return it same amount” but of course you can’t plan for when the rental ends since it ends with your car getting fixed. With current gas prices they said 2/3 full tank when returned which is $10 and had a receipt do the tank filled was $50 so should have been $18.5 but they don’t even argue with you they keep repeating the same thing and are rushing you out the door. So beware ! !!

Had a really great experience with both Ruhi and Jas. I was hesitant to book a trip to Calgary/Banff after reading so many horror stories of the discount rental companies at the airport. I'm glad I found this Enterprise location and gave them a shot. They were genuinely friendly in every interaction, from picking me up at my hotel, to the check-in and walk around, to dropping me off at the end of the reservation. Some places get mad if you take pictures of pre-existing damage - Enterprise encourages it and proactively points out different spots on the car. I really appreciated the transparency. They also have a generous allowance for "wear and tear" and give you a damage sizer for reference. They offered insurance, but didn't pressure me at all, especially after learning that I had credit card coverage with a $0 deductible. It was honestly so refreshing to have a positive rental experience where I felt like I could trust the person on the other end of the counter - which can be hard to find these days. Absolute S-Tier, 100/100, perfect score all around for both the car and the service. Thank you!

We do not usually review rental vehicles, but this location near Calgary Airport that rents moving vehicles, WAS INCREDIBLE. Renting around the end of the month during labor Day weekend was scary. I left a message on voicemail, and a leader at the branch Jimi B called us in 30 minutes. He said he was confirming our vehicle, and was able to offer us something WAY better for MUCH cheaper. Imagine that service during a hectic time. Wow! He even took a measuring tape and told us our furniture would fit. :-))) Taylor and greeting lady were also friendly during the waiting period, chatting with us and making us feel so welcome. Do not often see this happy efficient team these days. The return was so fast! Thank you Hopewell location for everything. LIFEred Inc
