  we had rented a car for more than a week. midway through our drive, the car key fell by itself, while the rest of the key were still attached to the engine. we had reported this to enterprise and they said because we didn’t get the additional insurance (which barely covers anything anyway, since you’ll still have to pay for towing), we had to pay for the cost of the keys (which could have been very well broken before we got it and flimsily reattached). we were asked to pay a $500 fee, and was told we would get refunded for the remainder of the key fee once it has been quoted, and that we would hear back within 10 business days. based on searches, this key would have cost at most $125 to replace since it wasn’t a fob key. it has been more than 10 business days and we never heard back nor got a refund. this is predatory pricing.

  I had a fantastic experience renting a vehicle from this Enterprise branch. The customer service I received from the entire team was completely top-notch from start to finish. I want to specifically thank Shubh and Thomas for their excellent support and professionalism. I also want to give a special shoutout to Renee, who was extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond. She made sure the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming car rental experience!

  Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. I reserved a car with Enterprise in advance, expecting the vehicle to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I had to wait more than an hour. The explanation was that there was a long and heavy traffic. I understand that delays can happen, but what is the point of making a reservation if a car is not available at the reserved time? Waiting over an hour after arriving for a confirmed reservation is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and definitely not what I expected from Enterprise.

  I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise in Bozeman. Oh wait this isn't Bozeman. I had a great experience with Enterprise in Nashville. Oh wait this isn't Nashville. Homie told me to come back at 3:30 PM, making me stand around doing nothing for over half an hour, and he promptly LEFT without saying anything to me. There was nobody to help me, so somebody from one of the other renters was like "just go to the back and take a car." The other Enterprise people were helpful...but what a weird interaction. Guess dude forgot I existed...the airport wasn't even busy. I think he helped one person other than me. It's okay. I've had bad days too. But one star. Like....baffled.

  One of the most pleasant car rental experience I have ever had. The team really loves what they do and are empowered by their leadership to make sure customers receive the most value from their service. It is difficult to single out anybody but “Punet” (I hope I spelled her name correctly) put a five star performance when I returned the car. My experience solidified my confidence in Enterprise and the other companies it owns. Coincidentally, prior to boarding our flight in Norfolk, VA, I had a brief conversation with a middle aged gentleman who was wearing a collared shirt with Enterprise logo on it. He is very proud of the company he worked for. He even told me the origin of the company name… USS Enterprise!
