  Great customer service, especially when returning the car. Love was exceptional and made sure everything was taken care of. This level of service doesn’t happen often, and it makes a difference, I’ll definitely use this service again in the future.

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I rented a Ford F150 truck from this location this past winter. The truck had a small chip in the front window. I took a picture of the small crack when I noticed it, within 2 minutes after leaving the so that I wouldn't be blamed for the window. With the winter temperatures the window ended up cracking a lot more once I turned on the heater in the truck. After returning the vehicle I received an email blaming me for the broken window and charging me over $400 for the repairs. They are shady at this location. Do yourself a favor and do not use this location unless you want to get blamed for previous damages. They likely charged the previous renter for the crack and now double charging to rip customers off.

  We are currently stuck in Banff after attempting to contact enterprise and the Calgary airport branch for the last 18 hours due to a broken window. Unfortunately customer service has been no help and no answers at the Calgary airport branch. -Rahul Patel and Sherin Pathickal Edited 1:32 pm- we have already tried to contact enterprise multiple times via the numbers listed on the website that the enterprise agent provided in response to our comment. Absolutely no answer or response. Per Enterprise Customer Service AND road side assistance, they have attempted to contact the Calgary Branch via messaging multiple times over the last 18 hours with no response from the branch members.

  I just called them to inquire about rental rates and cars availability. Someone picked up the call, said something so fast I didn’t understand so like any other person I asked to repeat. No answer to that! Then few seconds later they say hello, so I said I wanted to inquire about car rental- before I was even finished, I was told to stay on the line. After waiting for 2-3 mins, all I hear is an automated voice asking to review the call. Irony!

  I’m here to say that this location is one of a kind. I used to work for Enterprise back in the day and it still has the same. customer service as they did back then. I flew in the other night. I had major oral surgery, so I wasn’t thinking to straight, rent a vehicle took it back. It was way more than what I thought it was. MT love was absolutely fantastic to deal with, she put us in touch with Moe. He’ll listen to her situation, and was compassionate with us and discounted it heavily. Just just so he knew that we were taken care of. So Moe and love thank you so much for the good work that you do❤️❤️🔥❤️
