  The first vehicle made a grinding noise whenever I turned right, so I immediately returned it to Enterprise, where they provided me with a suitable replacement with no hassle. My advice is to rent first thing in the morning and give the vehicle a quick test drive to make sure there are no issues before you take off on your adventure.

  Last week, we rented a car from this location. Shortly after we arrived at our destination, the check engine light went on. When we reported it to the Crowfoot Enterprise, Zack promptly connected me with the branch manager on duty, Sheryl, who quickly assessed the situation and helped us find a solution. She was professional, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process, making what could have been a stressful experience smooth and trouble-free. A heartfelt thank you to Zack and Sheryl for your outstanding customer service and support. Your willingness to help and your efficient handling of the situation were greatly appreciated and made a significant difference to our trip.

  All of the employees at the Crowfoot location have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I’ve rented from several different Enterprise locations over the years, and I can honestly say that the 155 Crowfoot Way location is by far the friendliest, easiest to deal with, and the most efficient when it comes to getting me in and out with a rental. It isn’t the closest location to my home, but I don’t mind driving the extra distance because the customer service is consistently outstanding. A special thank you to Yousef, Oreeana, Zak, Nick, and of course Pratik (I may have missed an employee or two, and if so, my apologies, you were amazingly friendly and professional as well) Every staff member I have interacted with has provided excellent customer service and made the rental process smooth and enjoyable. If I were their boss, I’d be handing out bonuses or raises—they truly deserve recognition for the work they do. Thank you for making the Crowfoot location my favourite Enterprise branch. Keep up the amazing work!

  Completely discriminatory. I’m a Calgary resident with an Alberta driving liscence, I don’t have a credit card for personal reasons and they wouldn’t rent me a car, i proved I had more than enough in debit card and showed proof of address, like it states on the website but they refused to rent to me. I was perfectly reasonable no confrontation in the store but the note i think about it the more i realise how wrong it is. Also that they are not following the companies website policy allowing debit cards to be used!!!

  Returned a rented truck in a perfect condition. The truck was rented at Enterprise Calgary airport location, but tried to return it to Crowfoot location for convenience. As this truck was probably not needed at this location, the staff said the truck was damaged with hail and couldn't be returned. When asked where the damage was, staff was not able to show where the damage was located. Poor service from Enterprise. Not happy at all. Our company is regular Enterprise clients and renting trucks for work on regular basis for a long periods of time. Most probably not interested in our business and will be looking for a different service provider.
