- TSTiffany Scott6 days ago5.0Great experience. My car was in the shop and I’d never had to get a rental car before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. They made the process really easy. They had a car washed and ready for me, but it was a bit bigger than what I would’ve liked. They let me check out a few different options and choose something I actually felt comfortable with and provided a ride back to my house. Super friendly staff, Shubham & Pratik were awesome!

Had to pay for an uber after dropping my car off for autobody work to get back home in order to get what we were told was the correct credit card. We got back to the location and were sent away again due to having “the wrong card”. My mother called them while we were there, we were told that the credit card we needed to go home to get would be the correct credit card for the insurance policy that the rental will be under. Wasted 3 hours of my time this morning trying to follow guidance from yusef and still left with no rental car. Terrible customer service, with very little compassion for the situation. Will not be returning.

All three have amazing customer service skills, greeted me with a smile and clearly care and enjoy their job. Will forever be an enterprise customer because of their efforts and talents! I would like to extend a big thank you to all three of them for making my life easier!! Truck was in great shape too!!
