  Got the exact FCAR I reserved. Bypassed another branch that tried to pass off a CFAR (Kona) as an 'upgrade'. As a National EE, I've driven enough varties to know which one fits which purpose.

  Really awkward pickup left me feeling kind of skeptical, there was a really odd dynamic when I walked in and interrupted a group employee conversation, where it seemed like they were discussing tactics to upsell customers. They also could not locate my garage door opener, which I left in the rental vehicle sun visor, and called the day after to see if they could retrieve it. I was assured, however, they seem to have "misplaced" it despite the vehicle passing through three different enterprise locations and associated detailers. The car was fine, but dont expect any actual help when you might need it.

  I was dealing with TD insurance after accident. The insurance company is a TOTAL mess, they messed up all my paperwork that got me on the phone for them to fix it. I want to thank Madaan and their team for helping us through this, very professional service. Thank you!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was supposed to rent a premium car, and I had confirmed the reservation just one day before. However, when I arrived at this location, unfortunately, only a regular car was available. At first, I was very upset. However, after speaking with Kamal, the manager, I realized there was a difference in terminology. My car is categorized as an exotic vehicle by the rental company, while my insurance company categorizes it as a premium vehicle. I live quite far outside Calgary, and my wife and I needed a more comfortable vehicle for the long drive. Kamal went out of his way to help us and arranged a Mercedes-Benz GLS at the airport location so that I could rent a suitable vehicle. The entire process took almost three hours, which was frustrating, but without Kamal's help, the situation could have been much worse. Thank you, Kamal, for your patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate your help and would give you 5 stars.

  Nike really helped us at this enterprise. We arrived about 5 minutes after our drop off time (and closing!) and she kindly checked in our car — we had a very early flight the next morning so we would have had quite an issue if not for her. Also the car was great and hassle free
