  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I want to specifically recognize Shafik and Deep for their outstanding customer service. Shafik was extremely polite, professional, and helpful from the beginning. Unfortunately, my body shop had not made a proper reservation for my rental, but Shafik still went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a truck the same day. He made the entire process as easy as possible despite the issue not being on his end. The manager, Deep, was also incredibly helpful. My insurance adjuster had not properly approved my rental, but Deep worked with us and allowed us to take the truck while the insurance issue was sorted out afterward. When I returned the truck, there were additional issues because my insurance adjuster had not properly extended the rental, which affected getting my refund processed. After I dealt with my insurance company, Deep actually called me after hours to let me know that everything had been sorted out on their end and that I could come back to get my refund. Both Shafik and Deep went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. They were professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of, even when the issues were caused by the body shop or insurance company. Excellent customer service from this Enterprise location. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a rental. Thank you, Shafik and Deep, for all your help!

  I had a fantastic experience renting a car from Enterprise (Calgary Northeast location)! The entire process was smooth, timely, and seamless. A huge shoutout to Shafik and the entire team, who provided exceptional customer service. Shafik was incredibly friendly, accommodating, pleasant, and great to chat with throughout the rental process. It's rare to encounter such a genuine and helpful person, and they made the whole experience top-notch. I highly recommend this location, and if you get a chance to work with Shafik and the team, you're in great hands! Thanks again for the wonderful service.

  Generally good except for a couple of things. Tyres were not properly inflated. A couple of days after I picked it up it was a cold morning and the tyre pressure light came on. Pressures down to 170kPa in one tyre and the others were only slightly higher. Rather annoying especially as I got charged CDN$2.50 to pump them up. There was a star shaped crack in the windscreen - about 15mm across. I would have objected when collecting the car but it did not become visible until I had driven a few km and the orientation relative to the sun changed. The crack was on the driver's side and since it was in the way of the driver's view ahead should have been fixed. Not sure of the rules in Alberta, but where I live cracks in front of the driver are not permitted.

  Horrible customer service. You book the reservation online and when you show up there, the location says that nothing is available

  Watch out with them scamming you about gas. When I picked my car up the tank was 3/4 full reading 530km. I was told to bring it back with that amount or around there and I wouldn’t be charged. I brought it back 3/4 full and it was reading 560km. I was told by the worker that it wasn’t full enough and that I was going to be charged. I told him that I had a picture of the gas tank when I picked it up and this was actually the worker I dealt with when I picked the car up. He then told me okay we waived the gas charge. Then I leave and look at the receipt still charged. Felt really scammed so be aware
