  I rented a midsize suv for 10 days and the process of getting and returning the suv was smooth and I had no issues. The suv was clean and in great driving condition. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Bonus fact is that among all the rental companies I checked Enterprise was the cheapest of them all, but their service remained topnotch. Thank you!

  I can’t say enough good things about this location in Shawnessy. The team was absolutely incredible from start to finish—friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Every interaction felt easy and stress-free, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and positive attitude really set them apart. It’s rare to come across a group of people who are this consistently helpful and welcoming. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in the car rental business. The combination of amazing staff and exceptional customer service makes this location stand out. I would highly recommend them to anyone—truly top-notch.

  I had a great experience with the driver Craig he picked me. He opened the door for me. He made me laugh I recommend him for 5 stars and I hope they give u more money I make sure if I need a ride I will ask for you again. Keep up the good work. Looking forward talking to u again.

  I had an excellent experience at the Fish Creek location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, thanks to Kome Simon. She truly cares about customers and goes above and beyond to ensure great service. Her behavior is warm, friendly, and very professional. She was incredibly supportive and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.   I have been using Enterprise and others for over 20 years, and the customer service at this branch (14371 Macleod Trail SW) has surpassed every other rental experience I’ve had to date. A huge shout-out to the Manager, Ms. Rajan Kaur, and the Assistant Manager. Ms. Kaur’s leadership is fascinating and clearly influential; her positive behavior percolates down through the entire team. The Assistant Manager was equally helpful, securing the best rates and meeting my immediate rental needs perfectly. Not only that, but at the time of return, they went above and beyond by providing me a ride to the repair shop where my own vehicle was ready for pickup. The entire staff, including those working behind the scenes, is excellent. It is a very professional, friendly, and family-oriented environment—it truly felt like being at home. This is now the go-to location for all of my and my family’s rental needs. If I could give them a 100-star rating, I would! ⭐️
