I have decided to continue renting from this location even though I have three brand-new cars of my own. The service here is truly unbelievable. The manager and the entire team are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Their excellent customer service is the main reason I keep coming back. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great car rental experience!

They made certain that the trunk of my rental could accommodate my mobility device/walker, and helped me load it. Ashley and the front desk staff made sure I was comfortable in the office and that I did not have to walk to the vehicle. Great job.

Having had terrible experiences from rental car companies before, it was awesome to see there are car companies that operate as well as this one. I didn’t feel pressured to upgrade for options I wouldn’t use and had a practical conversation about which insurance was best. The initial employee that helped me (unfortunately I forgot her name, she was African Canadian) was really helpful!! I also needed to extend the rental and Waiss helped me with that and provided information on how I could do it more conveniently I appreciated that as well. Return was smooth. I will definitely be using this enterprise in the future.
