  The Enterprise team was great from start to finish. I loved that they followed up to make sure I was happy with my rental & to offer assistance with any issues I may have had (there were none). Just a great experience all round. Thank you!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Enterprise Car Rental branch in Shawnessy. This is the second time I have rented from this location, and on both occasions I was given a vehicle that was excessively dirty. At first, I didn't think much of it as I drove thru the carwash to get it clean as I didn't like driving a dirty car. But I now realize that a dirty vehicle makes it extremely difficult to identify and document existing damage before leaving the lot. Our most recent rental was for my son while his vehicle was being repaired. His insurance company referred us to this branch because it was the closest to our home. He initially rented the vehicle for one week, expecting his car to be repaired within five days. Unfortunately, the repair took longer than expected, so he contacted the branch and informed them that he needed to extend the rental for an additional week. Once his vehicle was repaired, he returned the rental immediately. To our surprise, he was told he owed an additional $574.00 CAD. The staff claimed they had sent him three email notifications regarding the insurance charges. However, my son thoroughly checked his inbox, spam folder, and deleted items and found no emails whatsoever from Enterprise. To make matters worse, the staff member we dealt with (an East Asian lady) was unprofessional and argumentative. Rather than helping us understand the situation, she repeatedly insisted that the emails had been sent and then pointed out a supposed damage on the vehicle. She even stated that if my son paid the additional $574 insurance charge, the damage claim would be waived. The alleged damage was located just above the bumper liner and was extremely difficult to see—especially because the vehicle was so dirty when we received it. The car also had several dents and other cosmetic imperfections when it was rented to us. I have rented vehicles from several other Enterprise locations as well as other rental companies, and I have never been provided with a vehicle in such poor condition. Looking back, I can't help but question whether the vehicles are intentionally left dirty, making it difficult for customers to identify pre-existing damage before driving away. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. Customers should receive clean vehicles so they can properly inspect them before accepting responsibility. They should also expect professional customer service and clear communication regarding any additional charges. Unfortunately, our experience at the Shawnessy branch fell far below those expectations. I hope Enterprise reviews the practices at this location and takes steps to improve both vehicle preparation and customer service. Based on our experiences, I would not recommend renting from this branch. This is only the second negative review I have shared as I was extremely disappointed with their services which appears to be a scam after reading the other reviews in this post which have similar complaints.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish! They gave me a great price and upgraded my car for a very reasonable cost. The office was welcoming, and the manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Enterprise location!

  ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ We have rented with enterprise many times in a variety of provinces and states, each experience is different depending on who we dealt with. This was absolutely the best experience we've had. To make a long story short, after feeling confused and unsatisfied at a different enterprise we decided to come here because of the good reviews. We left here feeling clear about the billing and very happy with our vehicle. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️🙏

  Best enterprise location in the city! We originally had a rental booked through another company and we had a terrible experience trying to pick up the rental so we called enterprise and was able to reserve the same vehicle for pickup immediately. The enterprise staff were super friendly and professional. Will always rent from here! All their staff are incredible!!
