  If you ever need a car in South Calgary renting a car from this location is a coat effective option. The customer service provided here is very good. The staff makes great attempts to accomodate you. While I have also experienced the vehicle I booked being unavailable when I arrived. I was able to resolve it in 30 minutes by using another vehicle for a few days and then return and exchange it back to the original vehicle type I booked for. If you ever need vehicle rentals on a business trip talk to assistant manager Weiss.

  Rajan and the rest of the team were all incredibly kind, efficent and organized. This was my first time ever using a rental car and I was extremely impressed by the top notch customer service, even at the very end of a long work day for this team. Thank you very much!

  Fish Creek Shawnessy Enterprises staff do not represent what Enterprise stands for. This was one of the most disappointing and degrading customer service experiences I have ever had in over 30 years of renting from Enterprise. Imagine a branch manager and her staff insulting a loyal client, remaining completely unprofessional throughout the interaction, and even dropping the call on a customer mid‑conversation. That is exactly what happened—absolutely unacceptable behaviour from a brand that claims to prioritise customer satisfaction. The entire team at this branch appears to lack even the most basic customer service training. From the dismissive attitude to outright rudeness, the conduct was shocking. I have no doubt that this branch is terribly managed and that the staff reflect that toxic culture. I plan to take this experience to social media and other public platforms to share my story and warn others—so that potential customers know exactly what to expect. To make matters worse, they double‑charged me twice for a single car rental—a clear error that should have been easy to resolve. When I brought this to the manager's attention, rather than apologising or attempting to fix the issue, she called me “inconsiderate.” Let that sink in: a customer of 30 years, who has remained loyal to Enterprise through the years, was insulted for raising a legitimate concern. You do not treat a loyal customer that way—it is disgraceful and deeply unprofessional. On top of that, she was threatening and dismissive, refusing to listen to my complaint or offer any reasonable explanation. At the very least, a customer deserves to be heard without being insulted, threatened, or belittled. I also escalated this issue publicly to Enterprise, hoping for a resolution. Shockingly, I never received a follow‑up call from anyone. It took over 10 days to close my file—and even then, no one reached out to apologise or explain what went wrong. The silence from Enterprise has been as disappointing as the treatment I received from the branch itself. In over 30 years of renting from Enterprise, I have never been humiliated, disrespected, or treated with such contempt. This whole experience has been a complete let‑down. Enterprise needs to take a hard look at the culture and conduct of this branch before they lose more loyal customers. This is not the Enterprise I once trusted. And until things change, I will not be returning—and I will ensure others are aware of what truly goes on behind the scenes at Fish Creek Shawnessy.
