  The process was very smooth. They dropped off and picked up the rental at the mechanic so that I didnt even have to visit the location. Pricing was transparent and customer service was excellent.

  Gone are the days of decent customer service! I arrived at 16:45 to hire a car, the staff I dealt with more concerned about finishing her shift at 5pm than hiring me a vehicle. The only card they would accept was in my wifes name. When I mentioned I'd have my wife come down to complete the transaction I was told ''she has 2 minutes until we close''. Not attempt from this team to help out with a solution /remaining open for the additional 10mins. Poor form!

  I had an excellent experience with Mason at enterprise downtown. He was kind, expeditious, understanding and hard working in addressing my needs. The location itself was able to accommodate me last minute with exactly the vehicle I needed. The check in and out processes were seamless. Thank you Mason for you excellent service.

  Have had only good experiences at this enterprise. Have been a regular customer here as its easily accessible in downtown plus the super friendly and professional staff. And the free upgrades they give is a bonus🙂

  Fantastic experience renting my vehicle at this location. We had some technical issues while processing my rental on their tablet, but the staff handled the issue well. My associate was excellent. Positive and upbeat during the entire rental process. What impressed me the most was how well the staff supported each other and how the manager paid attention to any issues that customers may experience. There were two customer issues I observed him help with (late return and change in drop off location). In both instances the customers appeared completely satisfied when the results. I also did not have a wait long to be served. There was ample staff and vehicle availability. The location is also conveniently located near the LRT and within walking distance of all downtown.
