  I have been a longtime Enterprise customer and chose Enterprise because of my trust in the company. Unfortunately, this rental was disappointing. The Mercedes-Benz CLA developed an engine/check-engine warning during the trip, requiring a vehicle replacement. The windshield also had a stone-chip crack, and the wipers were in poor condition and very noisy, which was concerning while driving in rain and on mountain roads. I appreciate that Enterprise arranged a replacement vehicle, but given that I specifically paid for a luxury vehicle and was travelling with my family, the experience was stressful and raised safety concerns. I hope Enterprise will take these issues seriously and ensure vehicles are properly inspected and maintained before being rented.

  I would have given this location a 4.5 as I always believe there is room for improvement, however, I can only give a 4. From the time I picked up the vehicle to doing an early drop off, the 2 agents that helped me were kind, friendly, professional and accommodating. The reason for not getting a perfect score: The Hyundai Kona was actually enjoyable...I might consider that as an option for a future purchase. The downside to it was 1) aesthetically, the entire front had paint that was peeled away from the vehicle itself. 2) I cut my trip short as the "oil change is due" indicator came on when I was in the middle of the mountains. I did not feel like playing around with that, so came home early. The agent did give me a $30 discount for coming home early, plus he didn't charge me for the 2 hours of the existing day that I had brought it back. He also gave me a discount for an Uber to pick up my car. Good work guys! I will come to this location when in need for any future rentals.

  Most unprofessional and incompetent place I have ever dealt with. First they enter data incorrectly, therefore I call stuff "incompetent". Then employee laughed at me over the phone, making fun of me and my situation, because "our system works this way". No, it's not the system, it's incompetent employees using the system wrong way and total lack of respect and customer service skills.

  Rented a car for 2 weeks and extended it by 1 day. When I came to return it, the employee showed me the price on the iPad that matched what I saw online and what was charged to my card, for the additional day. Then he suddenly switched and said the computer is showing a higher price and tried to charge more, blaming it on a “glitch.” I simply asked them to honor the price I was shown online and on the IPad. Another employee then got confrontational and said, “I have the power to give the whole rental for free if we are wrong.” That wasn’t the point, we weren’t asking for anything free, just for them to honor their own system. Really disappointing customer service and it ruined what’s usually been a good experience with Enterprise. Also while renting the car initially, the online system shows cheaper daily rates than what they provide in person. Which is baffling after the employee said “I will give the best rates possible.” I was told by the employee to book it online instead.

  We a great experience at the Enterprise location on 9th Avenue SW. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything was explained clearly. A special shout-out to Josh H. for providing excellent customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and made the rental experience easy and pleasant. It’s always appreciated when someone takes the time to make sure the customer has a positive experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location and would be happy to rent from them again!
