I want to give a big shoutout to Justin. He definetely deserves a raise. We had credit card problems with another car rental company which got us stranded with no rental car at the beginning of our vacation. I desperately called enterprise and Justin told me that we could make this work. So we went there and everything ran like clockwork, Justin was our guardian angel. If it weren't for him, theb our vacation would have ended right there. Thank you Justin!

The experience here—and at the Airdrie location—is fantastic. I’ve rented cars from them at a good price, and the staff is very friendly; thanks for providing a great experience in Calgary! Make sure to bring your driver's license and a letter of credit. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks!!!!

This was my first time renting from Enterprise after it was recommended to me, and my overall experience started off great. The car was clean, and the entire pick-up process was quick and smooth. However, I was very disappointed with what happened when I returned the car. An employee suddenly pointed out that a part on the front of the vehicle appeared to be missing and asked me about it. Fortunately, I had taken a video of the car when I first picked it up. As soon as I told them I had a video and offered to show it, they barely looked at the footage before suddenly saying everything was fine. That honestly made me uncomfortable. If there had truly been an issue with the car, I would have expected them to carefully review my video. It made me wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t recorded the vehicle beforehand. I strongly recommend taking a detailed video of the entire car before driving away, including the front, back, sides, wheels, and any existing damage. It only takes a minute and could save you from being held responsible for something you didn’t cause.

Renting a car is usually a painful experience with all sorts of hidden fees and head games but the team at this Enterprise location was very flexible and everyone we dealt with provided great customer service during our extended rental while our vehicle was out of commission after a car accident. I doubt I’d voluntarily rent a car here again seeing as I live in Calgary but I’m glad my insurance rented through them because they made an otherwise stressful experience much less stressful.
