  Always exceptional experience at this location. I’ve used them more than a dozen times for my rentals and have always found the staff to be very attentive and friendly, and the cars in a good condition.

  It was totally disappointing and unacceptable. Horrible experience. I called the local 9th ave branch. The call went to the main branch booked the car at wrong location. When I got to 9th ave, they made me wait for what felt like forever, and I got told that there is no car. I got so late for my mom’s pick up and appointments. It was totally disappointing and unacceptable. Don’t know if I ever what to use enterprise again. They told me to take an uber and go to the Edmonton location. When I went there, they also said that they don’t have any cars. Absolutely no standards by enterprise, wasting my money and time and effort for no reasons.

  This guys are the worst to deal with. I did a reservation at the store a week before my trip and in 24h before my trip they called and asked for deposit for 300$ . When I asked why and why you didn't inform me they just said sorry. Shame on you for your bad costumer service. You almost ruined my trip

  This particular Enterprise location on 9th Ave in Calgary. Every single time I rent from this branch, I have a wonderful experience. The consistency of service is truly impressive. Despite a busy weekend, staff members (Shivam, Caylen and Hammad) handle my reservation with genuine care and efficiency. Thank you for the excellent service. It’s because of this high standard that I continue to choose Enterprise.
