    I was treated with respect; Manager and staff were professional and cheerful; They explained what the process was and all options and charges, etc.. I appreciated the choice of vehicle they gave me to rent; Overall great experience. I would choose Enterprise again and have no issues with recommending the Royal Oak location to friends and family. Thank you!

    This rental was from the Charlesglen Toyota location. I needed a car that would fit 4 adults comfortably so I thought I was safe with a Full Size. They only had a mid-size Toyota available, so we were stuck with that. The car was far from new with many rock cracks on the windshield. The driver's side floor mat was ragged which seemed like it would be easy enough to replace since the rental location was co-located with a Toyota dealership. They shrugged it off saying it was not a new car. Note: I have rented from the Calgary airport many times with none of these issues. I will not rent from this location again.

    At least, I don’t want to choose Calgary Charlesglen Toyota location. They promised me to have the manager call me back. But, nobody call me back. So, the problem didn’t resolve.Then, they just charged me the money.
