  Picked up a rental for a week as my car was in the shop. Not a great experience. The car was fine. It was not the cleanest and I had to wait an hour for it, which whatever, it is what it is, I’ll just be using it for the week for driving to work. When I dropped the car off when I was finished with it, I accidentally left my garage clicker inside on the visor. I immediately called to let them know and see if they could grab it for me and put it behind the counter so I can come back and get it. The guy on the phone just really didn’t seem like he cared, told me to come back now and that I can look. He didn’t ask me my name, reservation number or anything, which didn’t give me any confidence it was going to be there if I waited a few days before coming back. I decided to leave work early to just go get it. When I got back, there had been some confusion on what car it was (I said Corolla instead of Camry) and they thought the car had been ‘detailed’, and rented out already. It had been like an hour, so I’m not really sure how they could have detailed it well and rented it out in that time. They then brought me a bucket of other clickers and asked if any of them were mine but they all literally look the same lol. The guy knew I had left my clicker, was supposed to go look, I gave him my name and number and he didn’t have any information on if the car was actually detailed (it would have been found if it had been), if it was even there anymore and instead decides he’ll call the new renter to see if they could find it. He then finally looks up my info and says the car has been taken to another depot, and that they will find it and bring it back. They didn’t know when and I was not about to wait for hours for this to happen. I told them to keep it at the other depot and I’ll go pick it up from there since it’s closer to my home after a lot of unnecessary back and forth. If the guy had just taken half a second to look up my information in the system, he would have known what car it was and what was happening. Kind of annoying and a big waste of my time driving back and forth for no resolution so far. Who knows if I’ll get it back!

  We needed to rent for a day trip to Banff to show a friend from Australia the mountains. Choosing Enterprise was the best decision. They gave us an upgrade and it made the trip comfortable and safe. Loved how the staff managed us and got us on our way quickly. Glad I took the insurance option as we came back to a parking lot to find a bumper scrape.
