  I have rented a vehicle at least 30 times with the same international credit card! This location did not give me the car due to no name on my premium international bank card. They made me disappointed and did not treat the customer on a normal way! Teach your workers how to treat a loyal customer. They see my card numbers on the system clearly matched with everything under my name.

  The service I received about 1-1/2 months ago from OT and Sai at this location (7820 MacLeod Trail SE) was amazing! Not only was my rental car clean (actually, it was spotless), it drove beautifully for my long trip. And OT graciously helped me with an extension when my situation suddenly called for a longer rental period. I would highly recommend this particular Enterprise location to Calgarians --- you will not regret the time or the money that you invest. Both of these two managers will treat you with the utmost of respect and they will walk you through the process of renting a car (or whatever you may need) so smoothly and efficiently, earning your business for any future needs. This is a top notch establishment!

  The customer service at this location is the best I have experienced in a long long time. All of the staff are genuinely friendly and work both hard and efficiently to make the experience even better. The manager Tess is absolutely delightful to deal with. Thanks team.

  I was helped by Garcia at this location and she was an absolute dream. She was very professional, and was more than happy to answer all my questions (most of which were answered before I had to ask). I will say, and this has no reflection on this location, when I called to book my rental through the general Enterprise line the gentleman that helped me was quite curt and didn't seem like they wanted to answer my questions. So if you had a similar experience you can rest assured that the people who will actually be helping you will treat you with more professionalism, like Garcia - who again was a dream. Personally, I think Garcia deserves a raise because of how great she was.
