  I have rented a vehicle at least 30 times with the same international credit card! This location did not give me the car due to no name on my premium international bank card. They made me disappointed and did not treat the customer on a normal way! Teach your workers how to treat a loyal customer. They see my card numbers on the system clearly matched with everything under my name.

  Kale helped us today with excellent customer service. He brought a rental car to the repair shop and explained everything very clearly, then processed credit card and signing thing all done on the spot where we had a conversation. Rental car was decent and upgraded with all the bells and whistles.

  I am renting from this location from last 4yrs. They are always helpful and great hospitality! This location is little far from my house but still I prefer this place because the renting was always smooth. They also accommodated to park my car while I was renting which helps a lot.
