  I have rented a vehicle at least 30 times with the same international credit card! This location did not give me the car due to no name on my premium international bank card. They made me disappointed and did not treat the customer on a normal way! Teach your workers how to treat a loyal customer. They see my card numbers on the system clearly matched with everything under my name.

  Phenomenal service and amazing staff. Compared to the competition, this place surpasses them all. Staff here are friendly, very friendly and welcoming. They put you on your way quick and fast. This is my go-to car rental from now. I really recommend this place. Cheers. Faisal

  Would give a lower rating but not possible. Booked the car online, and when I was already 10 min away when I got a call back (voicemail) that they had NO VEHICLES available anywhere in Calgary. Online booking looks at all of Alberta but not at the location you request. 4 others were in the same boat at the time I was in the office. National came through right away so will not book with Enterprise ever again

  Honestly, I've had nothing but great experiences with these guys. I'm shocked that there are people that have been given them low reviews. I rent from these guys 2 to 3 times a year and have never had any issues.
