    Friendly and efficient even while being very busy. Used while having bodywork done and they also drove me to and from the body shop. Very very handy. Vehicle ran well, was cleaned and well maintained.

    Best place for car rental in Calgary. The staff were helpful and prompt in replacing my car that I initially received. They got me a bigger car . Would come back here for sure. Thank you for all the staff

    Great experience with Enterprise. Their staff are knowledgeable and very accommodating. Both car pick up and return was a smooth process. Car was in perfect condition. Email reminders were very helpful too. Highly recommended!

    I rented a car during the Stampede and the entire team was super helpful and accommodating. Understandably, their fleet was pretty depleted that week, meaning I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to pick up the car as they were waiting for returns. It wasn't an issue, but they were very apologetical, even though it was an issue out of their control. The car worked great, the rates couldn't beat, and the service was top notch. I would definitely go back whenever visiting Calgary.

    Absolutely terrible service. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service before. The after-sales service was just as horrible. They made a mistake with my order, but my credit card was still charged for it. What’s even more frustrating is that no one was able to fix the issue right away or even provide a proper solution. I was left dealing with a problem that was entirely caused by their mistake. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I definitely won’t be coming back.
