  Had a great experience renting here! I rented a Volkswagen Jetta for 8 days and everything went smoothly. The car was in great condition, the rental process was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

  NO VEHICLE AVAILABLE EVEN WITH RESERVATION First time using this location. Went in this last Saturday to pick up the vehicle I reserved for 12pm. There were a lot of people waiting with their luggage outside. Didn’t wait very long to speak to the woman at the desk. She asked if I had a reservation and after looking it up, she told me there were no cars available and there were about 15 people ahead of me. What?? Thank goodness I live in the city and not travelling from another place where I’d be forced to wait who knows how long to get a car that doesn’t exist. They’re leaving their bookings open even if they won’t fulfill their reservations. The woman at the desk was indifferent and incredibly unfazed by our disappointment. No apologies. First and last time visiting this place. DO NOT USE, THEY WON’T HAVE YOUR VEHICLE.

  Great rental experience. We didn’t realize we were cutting it close to closing time and arrived just after 5. We were grateful to get the vehicle, and Michael was super friendly and accommodating! Thanks so much for the exceptional service.

  ***AVOID THIS LOCATION***WASTE OF TIME*** They don’t have enough supply of cars for the reservations they take. Had a reservation for 9:30. Didn’t talk to someone until 10:20 because of the line out the door. They can clearly see a line and don’t give anyone a heads up. Complete lack of courtesy to their customers. Once we talked to the front desk at 10:20, they said the wait for a car is 1.5 hours because they didn’t have any. There were already 6 visible parties that were waiting for cars too; some people left the property to kill time. Words of advice: don’t take reservations you can’t manage and no I won’t be emailing anyone to share my experience. Do better.

  Absolutely terrible experience at this Enterprise location. I arrived around 10:30 AM and waited patiently for nearly FOUR HOURS for a car I was told was available. I was repeatedly given different updates about how many people were ahead of me. I waited, walked around, came back, and continued being told to wait. By 2:10 PM, after being there for over three hours, I was still being told there was “one more person ahead.” What made the experience worse was the employee’s rude, dismissive, and disrespectful attitude. He knew I had been waiting there for hours and showed absolutely no urgency or consideration for my time. I remained patient and respectful throughout the entire experience until the situation became completely unreasonable. Poor communication, extremely unprofessional service, and one of the worst car rental experiences I’ve had. This location seriously needs to improve how they treat and communicate with customers.
