I had a great experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Yemi for her outstanding customer service. She was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and patient throughout the rental process. She took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Yemi truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like her on the team. Thank you, Yemi, for all your help and for making my experience such a positive one!

I had an exceptional experience with the service provided by the staff here, especially the other day when I was assisted by Hailey and Sam. I was given an upgrade and took the car out, only to realize afterward that it was actually too large for my garage. The owner has his own stuff packed inside, leaving very little space for the actual car, lol! I called back and was a little hesitant to ask if I could have the car swapped, but Hailey and Sam were more than happy to help. What really stood out to me was how accommodating and professional they were. It’s not always easy to manage multiple customers with different requests, especially when it’s close to closing time, but they never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. Hailey went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Exceptional service from both Hailey and Sam! Mustafa is also very helpful and always has a smile on his face and such positive vibes. I would definitely recommend this place based on the great customer service and the people who work here!
