  This was my first time renting a car, so it was really important to me to feel comfortable asking questions and to be treated with patience. From the very beginning, that was exactly how I was treated. I had booked a car through the website, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was offered a better car for the same price because it was available. I don’t know if this is something they do regularly, but it was such a pleasant surprise and I really appreciated it. Yemi, the Assistant Manager, explained everything to me in detail. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She made me feel like I truly mattered as a customer. In fact, every single person I interacted with was smiling, polite, and genuinely pleasant. I noticed the sign in the office that says, “Our first priority is to put you first,” and throughout my entire experience they truly lived up to those words. Their professionalism and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and even made my day better. I almost never leave reviews, but the Enterprise team absolutely deserves one. Thank you for such outstanding customer service. I will happily recommend you to others!

  There's not a better place for a general rental or insurance loaner than this Company/location. The very best in customer service and vehicle selection. I've needed them twice in the last several months and everything was excellent on both occasions.

  Hated the experience. They tried to blame me for a previous damage. Luckily had photos to show. Also, i got the vehicle which was not full tank but during return I filled it completely costing me more money on fuel. Never visiting again. Beware: Only book here if you have no other choice. Find a way to make sure the tank is full or mark the meter temporarily and show the dispatch guy that you'll be filling only upto that mark.

  I had a great experience at this Enterprise location and wanted to give a special mention to Hallie and Moustafa. Hallie helped me when I picked up the vehicle. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer every question I had. She explained everything clearly and made the whole pickup process simple and stress free. Moustafa assisted me when I returned the car. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I had a few questions during the return, and he was patient and helpful with all of them. Both of them left a very positive impression on me. It is not often that both the pickup and return go this smoothly, and that was mainly because of the service they provided. I hope their management sees this review and recognizes them for the work they do. They are exactly the kind of employees who make customers want to return to the same branch. Thank you, Hallie and Moustafa. I will definitely choose this Enterprise location again.
