  This enterprise branch refuse to rent me a car, because I'm a foreign, they said they did not know my language (Spanish) so I would need an official translation. Even though in other branches and other companies, have never refuse, traveling as tourist in the past. Do not go to this branch, desk guy said even that it was illegal to drive in Canada with a foreign license, but I know for a fact that is not true, and to go to another branch where they could speak Spanish.

  My husband and I had a really great experience with Andres Barrera at this enterprise location! We had rented a truck for 9 days, and he ensured our return experience was easy and quick. Andres was clear he wanted us to leave having had a positive experience with enterprise. We really appreciated his help!

  This is my go to place for car rentals. I only use other services providers when they’re sold out. And of all the Enterprise car locations, this is my favourite. The service here is top notch. They do pick up and drop off service as well. The manager Ash is amazing! All round great place to rent a car.

  The majority of my experience with the shuttle drivers was great, however, in the four times that I used this location through my insurance company, I was left feeling frustrated with my experience in the waiting room. I understand that it can take some time to assign vehicles, but unfortunately, during my last visit I had been waiting for over 25 minutes and in that time I watched 4 individuals (all happen to be males) arrive after me and they were immediately served and taken care of while I was left waiting. I was very disappointed to experience this as it was not busy at the time and I was the only one in the waiting room. I asked the Enterprise team member at the desk what was going on and he said he didn't know. I asked if there was a manger on duty and he stated that he was the manager. He acknowledged the situation and apologized for making me wait while he took care of the four men that all arrived after I had been waiting. He said he would follow up with an email to further explain but I have not recieved anything yet. Customer service shouldn't work like this and I left feeling very disappointed. I would try to select a different location or rental provider next time.

  Mixed experience. My car was rear-ended and had to get it serviced at a body shop near heritage. Experienced a great service from this location in renting and returning a car for the first week. Had to go out of town for work for a few days. Upon returning, I rented a car from Okotoks (having recently moved) with the understanding that I could drop it off at the Blackfoot location when I picked up my car from the body shop. I dropped it off at the Blackfoot location, the service agent did his inspection of the car with me watching, says everything looks good and arranges for my shuttle to the body shop. About 2 hours later, I get a call from a different service agent saying I have to come back to the location as they have found hidden damage which looks like hail damage. Needless to say, it sounded fishy and smelling a scam, I went on to inform the guy that once the inspection is done and I leave the premises, I am not responsible for what you find. To my amazement he kept insisting that I was at fault and I need to come in to rectify the situation and that the car has not been moved since I left. This final experience left a bad taste in my mouth and prompted me to write this review. I have completely lost trust in this location and want to make other good honest folks out there very aware and to be careful when you return your car to this location. I am hoping its a one off experience, but nevertheless verify and record everything as you check out. I won't be forgetting this one any time soon. Hope it is a teaching moment for the location and they train that adamant, rude and unethical employee.
