  BEWARE!!!! I almost got scammed so I hope you don't! Pay attention to bills! I booked online, thru enterprise and my membership for a month rental at this location (clearly everything Canadian including my email) and as you will see by pic, the total was $637.92. Enterprise sends an annoying amount of emails and texts and phone calls, so knowing I was picking it up, and confirming by one of their many calls yesterday, I thought all was fine. I went to do pre check in this morning and the amount was now $873.69 when discussing with customer service I then opened my email and again, see $637.92, but looking closer.. then it has a Canadian amount.. never shown either when I originally booked (first pic). Needless to say, I cancelled my rental. A shame, as I rent every month due to my work situation, it when you lose trust in a company, how do you repair. There were no attempts to correct this situation.

  Hamza has been AMAZING!! It almost felt like home when I was there… Not only that, but the treatment Hamza gave me, it was as if he was an elder brother guiding me through the process of renting the car for the first time…. Like vin diesel said, “you are family”… Hamza made it real! Thank you Hamza

  I have been renting vehicles with Enterprise for years and typically rent cars for close to 10 months out of every year. I’ve dealt with many different branches over time and rarely ever have issues, which is why this experience was extremely disappointing. I came into this branch because the vehicle I was renting was having a mechanical issue and needed to be swapped out. Despite the car being unsafe to drive, they still instructed me to go fill the gas tank before bringing it back. I complied, even with the safety concern, expecting the exchange process to then be handled professionally. When I returned, I was then told that my rental could not be switched because a colleague who was with me supposedly had an outstanding payment balance. This made absolutely no sense, considering I was the customer renting the vehicle and my account had nothing to do with his situation. Holding my rental hostage over another person’s alleged nonpayment is completely unjustified and highly unprofessional. The manager, Ethan, was disrespectful and dismissive from the very beginning. We politely asked about switching into a hybrid Camry, and instead of giving a proper explanation, he repeatedly shrugged the question off, avoided answering directly, and eventually just walked away from us. His attitude alone made the entire interaction frustrating. On top of that, members of his staff were making false assumptions about my colleague supposedly owning or renting the vehicle, which only added to the disrespectful treatment we received. The overall environment reflected poor leadership and a complete lack of customer service. When management behaves that way, the staff naturally follows the same example. As a long-time loyal Enterprise customer, this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any branch. Customers deserve professionalism and respect, especially when dealing with a vehicle issue that was not their fault. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this location.

  We rented a SUV from this location. Ethan and his great team helped us and they provided us a very nice and comfortable SUV with reasonable price. we traveled to San Francisco with that SUV without a single issue. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you very much Ethan and your team for helping us. I definitely come again whenever I need a car. I would highly recommend this location.

  I’ve had consistently amazing experiences with the Enterprise location in Douglasglen. The team is always incredibly friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cares about their customers. Every vehicle I’ve received has been spotless, and they always have a great selection to choose from. The entire process is quick and smooth, whether you book online or walk in to make a reservation. I really appreciate how helpful the staff are—if you don’t understand something on your reservation, bill, or even a feature in the car, they take the time to explain everything without making you feel rushed. At this point, I can confidently say I’m a regular customer, and I’ll absolutely keep coming back. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant rental experience! If only I could give more stars 🤩
