  This is probably the 12th time I have rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location and I can sum up the reason in two words..."customer service", great people to deal with.....😎🇨🇦

  Date Oct 3rd, 2026 BEWARE OF THIS EMPLOYEE SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN I am extremely disappointed and concerned about an incident involving an Enterprise employee. As I was driving in front of this Enterprise location, an employee was backing a blue Honda Civic out of the parking lot without properly checking for oncoming traffic. He nearly hit my vehicle, so I honked my horn to alert him. Rather than acknowledging what had happened, he responded by aggressively honking his horn at me shouting remarks. What happened next was far more concerning. The employee proceeded to follow me from the Enterprise location to Glizzy Golf Sport Simulators. When I parked and got out of my vehicle, I confronted him about following me. At that point, he appeared to escalate the situation and accelerated his vehicle toward me as if he was going to hit me. I found the entire encounter extremely intimidating and threatening. What started as a traffic-related incident escalated into an employee following me away from the business and then using this vehicle in a way that I felt put my safety at risk. I strongly believe Enterprise should take this incident seriously and investigate the employee involved. Employees representing a company should be expected to conduct themselves professionally, especially when dealing with non customers or members of the public. This was an extremely unsettling experience, and I would encourage Enterprise management to review what happened and address the employee’s conduct appropriately.

  I have rented from the DouglasDale Enterprise location for years now & have always been treated great & the staff there are amazing. This time they upgraded me to a very nice 2026 Dodge Rebel half ton, which was fully loaded & one nice sweet rental. I have never been disappointed or been let down at this facility & they definitely make sure you feel like your business & you as a person matter. Great customer service!

  Fantastic customer service. I came in with a last minute booking and was in a rush, one of the employees saw that and got up to help me. I was on the road within minutes. Same employee took the time to add my corporate discount code after the booking as well. I don’t usually give reviews but was very impressed. EDIT I didn’t get the name of the employee that helped me but I firmly believe he deserves a little extra credit for his customer service. Will keep this branch in mind for all future rentals, especially if I can work with that employee.

  My experience has been above and beyond expectations. This team at Enterprise on 24th St such as KP, friendly, has a heart of gold towards each customer, including myself. Yoab was very present at all times during pickup and drop off, very knowledgeable team member. Karen - very helpful and Friendly. Hassan - very courteous and it’s nice knowing how we interact on so many levels. Harsha - helpful and informative, he’s proud to be part of his Enterprise family, it shows in his dedication. Moyen - always has a welcoming smile, ready to jump in and assist. Excellent team guys! I am proud to say this is my 2nd time renting a vehicle from Enterprise, they are the only location I will be coming to for any rental. They all have sprit. Thank you, Lisa Kurtenbach
