  I am very happy renting from enterprises rental. The vehicles are nice. also clean..The staffs are friendly and make you feel at home, very professional They will make sure you're happy with the vehicle you're getting. Job well done I will always tent form enterprises car rental.Thanks

  As a corporate account holder I deal with many locations, this one specifically stood out for their customer focus and attention to detail. Not only my interaction but I noticed every customer was getting the best service and leaving smiling.

  TUESDAY AUG,04/2026 AVOID THIS LOCATION - Zero cleaning standards and zero accountability I had a completely unacceptable experience at the Douglasdale location. I was given a rental car that was visibly dirty and clearly not cleaned between customers. It still had the previous renter's personal items in it - hair clips and makeup left in plain sight. This is not just lazy, it is unhygienic and shows a total failure of basic inspection. To make it worse, I accidentally left personal belongings in the car upon return. I realized quickly and returned within 10 minutes of the branch opening to the public the next morning. In that 10-minute window, they had ALREADY re-rented the vehicle out. Which tells me everything I need to know: they did not clean or check the car a second time either. When I asked for help locating my belongings, the staff had no process, no information, and no willingness to help. I was told they had no knowledge of where my items were and offered little to no direction on how to recover them. So I have to ask: What exactly is the security deposit for? What did I pay for as a customer? It was not for a clean, professionally prepared vehicle. It was not for a proper check-in inspection. And it was certainly not for customer service or care of customer property. If this is how cars are turned around in 10 minutes without being cleaned and without checking for left-behind items, Enterprise needs to seriously re-evaluate its standards at this branch. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location, thanks to Simerjeet Kaur! She was incredibly helpful and made sure I had a rental vehicle big enough for all my luggage as I headed to the airport. I got a great rate through my Costco membership and their key drop service at the airport was fantastic. It made the final leg of my trip stress free. Thanks so much, Simerjeet!! XO
