  I was told the Cummins Calgary worked on Onan gen .I got there and they couldn't find my appointment ...finally did and was then told there would be a min charge of 300.00 ( All there booking are done from a Call Center located some where ?? ) I'm ok with that but at least do something look and touch what your working on .Phoned 3 times to find out what was happening and was finally told that it would cost 1100.00 to 1600.00 for a tune up. All they did was try to start it ( took maybe 5 mins). I was told it needed plugs ( 2 ) a gas filter (it was new ) air filter ( it was new ) and a new carb . If they checked they would of found that the filters were new . Not a very organized business .I wasted my 300.00 plus for nothing . R.V owners be careful I think they assume we all have a lot of $$ to waste .Ken

  the automated call service is so horrible. i cant even talk to someone. delete that useless automated service, let us talk with someone.

  Just had a great experience at Cummins Calgary. Parts guy was knowledgeable about parts and very helpful. Explained about upgrade to some parts and said they are compatible for my engine. I travel 90 mins to get my parts from them.

  The parts desk team is excellent—knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the call center is often unable to complete the tasks required and often cannot connect me with the appropriate branch.
