Individuals whose personal vehicles are undergoing repairs due to accidents or other incidents covered by insurance may require a rental car as a temporary replacement. We often collaborate with insurance providers to serve this customer segment. We could direct bill the insurance company; also, assist customers to negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize their benefits under their car insurance coverage. We authorize the partnered body shop to rent our vehicles. The option for customers to pick up a rental vehicle at the body shop while they deliver their own vehicle for repair and return it to the body shop once the repair is completed, which is providing the most convenience for the collision customers with specific itineraries.
