  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. The issue was not even the extra charges. An additional $500 will not change me anything. What concerns me is the complete lack of transparency, consistency, and basic customer service. Throughout the process, I was given different numbers at different times. One quote became another. The repair authorization showed something different again. Fortunately, I kept all the paperwork and receipts. What was even more disappointing was the attitude. When a customer approaches politely and asks reasonable questions, being told they are “saying nonsense” is not exactly what most people would consider professional customer service. There are many ways to explain a disagreement without speaking down to the person paying the bill. You need some basic customer service communication classes Ryan. I am more than happy to teach some to you anytime. Just contact me 😉. The impression I was left with is that details become less clear once the vehicle is already in the shop. At that point, your options are limited, your vehicle is tied up, and you’re largely committed to the process. To future customers: ask for every detail in writing before authorizing any work. Confirm all pricing, parts, labor, and potential additional costs upfront. Get everything documented and keep copies of everything. Maybe my extra cost was only a frustrating inconvenience. For someone else, it could be a significant financial burden. Choose carefully, ask questions early, and don’t assume the first number you hear will be the final number.

  Went to this body shop and got my car back repairs were not done properly paint looks like someone did it in there garage, doors are misaligned and some features do not work. Went back once they did some work to make it look better went back again so because it got worse and they claimed that the car had been to a different body shop and the work there was done poorly but the work was done by them so they called there own work poor. They said they can’t do anything about it and won’t stand by there mistakes.

  Flawless. This team kept me aware of everything happening with the car, every little step - they called me. The repair and the paint is done better than the car came from the factory. I can't see the difference in color at all. Highly recommend. I see a few negative reviews on their google maps business page, but I think it's because people don't leave the positive reviews when the work was done well or great.

  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Dropped my truck off on December 8th for insurance repairs and was told it would take a week. I called back a week later for an update and there was no answer I called all day leaving messages and got nothing back. I then went to the shop to see a paper that says business is temporarily shut down and out of business. So they had my $40,000 truck in the back torn apart getting $8000 worth of repairs and no one is able to communicate what is going on ? All I see is the business is shut down. I call back 4 days later and get an answer from the receptionist who still has no information for me and told me they informed everyone of the situation witch was a complete lie because I never received a phone call or an email and neither did my insurance company. My truck was then sent to there Douglasdale location to be fixed. My experience with them was great they got everything figured out but it took even longer to get it fixed because the 32nd location it was originally at had ordered all incorrect parts and pieces where missing.

  I went for a minor scratch on my rear bumper and they got that fixed quick and even detailed the car inside and out. Great repair shop!
