  I am not happy about their inspection and repair process. They didn’t provide any document showing what body parts needed repair. During return of car, I noticed that my car tailgate/liftgate was not repaired and there was unevenness and gap. I pointed out to the lady doing inspection with me, initially she was in denial and later on she said- let’s see what we can do. After 5-10 min she came back and told the tailgate is fixed. I still noticed the gate was not fixed, like what one can be fixed in 5-10 min. I wouldn’t recommend the body shop. Apart from above they were on time and other repairs were done perfectly fine.

  Had my vehicle repaired at Boyd Mcivor, everybody was so kind and informative, kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Got my car back a day early, would recommend 10/10

  The staff at the McIvor location were absolutely amazing. Great communication, they had my truck ready a 3 days ahead of schedule. They helped with my rental truck. They even went as far to detail my truck inside & out. Fresh armor all to the tires. It hasn't looked this good since i purchased it. Thank you very much to all the staff at Boyd Autobody & Gall McIvor location.
