  I came to Willow Park to get the the international driver's license and travel insurance. When I walked in, the receptionist was on the phone, but from previous visits, I knew I had to go through travel. There was one customer being helped, so I stood by the "entrance" to the travel section. Alexis was helping that customer, then looked at me and in a really off-putting and annoyed voice asked what I was in for. When I answered, she said "go to the seating area and wait there", again using a rude tone of voice. A couple with a baby walked in a few minutes later. The receptionist was still on the phone and Alexis was done with the first customer. She walked over to the couple and asked what they needed. They said baby passport photos and she told them to follow her in. I was right there, in the waiting area, half a meter behind the couple, but she did not acknowledge me at all! Then a mother and daughter walked in and the receptionist (who was now off the phone) asked them what they needed (passport photos) and he directed them to sit in the travel waiting area. Then he turned to me and asked me what I was in for. I was quite annoyed at being ignored by this point and I let him know that I came before the two groups of people. He was quick to get Letitia to help, and she in turn was amazing too. Nonetheless, my advice is to stay away from Willow Park location if you expect to be treated with care.

  absolutely brutal. the receptionist was rude and condescending. the wait time was so long. hours. there was one person working the registry counter with over 16 people in line. when a member asked the receptionist why so few people were working the counter he was snarky and told the member he felt they had plenty of staff. if i could give this place zero stars i would. AMA staff must be realizing that the only place in the world they have any power at all is at the counter. i don’t think the membership is worth it and i especially think the male receptionist is completely incompetent.

  Horrible receptionist. Not giving answers and only trying to brush aside customer saying we don't entertain walk-ins and everything is on call and appointment based. No appointment available as well when asked for one. Don't waste your time visiting this location. They don't care about customer and their time. Only care about their own ways of working irrespective of customer satisfaction. Worst than even government offices.

  I had a wonderful experience with Jessica at AMA Insurance. She is always so kind, professional, and helpful. Whenever I visit the branch, she welcomes me with a smile and always takes the time to help me with whatever I need. She makes everything easy and keeps me happy with her excellent customer service. I truly appreciate her patience, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you, Jessica, for always being so helpful and making every visit a great experience!

  This registration office is pathetic, line up down the building when they open. Two people on the service desk to deal with the line. One had an issue with their computer and now there is only one to serve a growing line up. 20 minute 2 customers served and no concern with customer experience at all. As a transaction based organization you would think that staffing the 6 stations that they would be able to cover the salaries of those that work here with the revenue they would generate. AMA thanks for lowering the bar on customer service bar even lower then we thought was possible Glad we pay the membership fees for this incredible privilege
