  My vehicle died on Elbow Drive. I was in a turn lane so not blocking traffic, but still a hazard. AN Invictus tow truck called me about 10 minutes after my distress call to AMA. He arrived about 10 minutes later. He waited for a second AMA vehicle to arrive. It turned on its flashers to give him cover to work on getting my vehicle towed. The driver was friendly and helpful. But most importantly efficient. He expertly backed my vehicle into a parking stall before unhooking. Unfortunately I did not get his name. The event took place between 5.30 and 6.30 on the 13th. I wish to commend him and thank him

  Here on a Saturday morning right as they open at 9:00. There are literally five people working..three insurance, two registry. On a Saturday! Two out of three insurance agents are actually helping clients as the line continues to grow. Eight people in line for registry with two workers on. The level of mismanagement at this location is comical. AMA doesn’t increase staff on a day where they most likely will be busier than during the week? Our insurance rates continue to climb as the level of customer service continues to decline. Crazy. *Edit* Abel in insurance is incredibly helpful. Too bad he has to take the brunt of angry patrons as I saw a few approaching him with their concerns.

  I did my road test with Raj here and he was the most patient examiner I’ve had. I’ve done my road test at other registries before and they were impatient and made me even more nervous for the test but with Raj he was patient, he let me took the time to adjust my mirrors and seat properly before getting on the road.

  Felt like a very professional layout and well set up business. Dealt with both Eujin and Jayne on separate occasions one day apart and they both really understood the auto insurance system which massively helped us. It took ages but that was the nature of our quote and what we needed. If you're foreign (UK/German) I highly recommend coming here for a car insurance quote, as they understand what documents you need to get the best quote (just make sure they all have a start and end date on!)
