    We required a tow for our vehicle on May 14. Because the initial tow job was under my son's Alberta AMA associate membership, I wasn't able to use the second complimentary tow available through my Gold membership. When I met Phillip, the tow truck operator, I asked for card machine to pay. He said it was a no-charge tow as he had noticed we had been members for 30+ years and called his manager to get the fee waived. Phillip went the extra mile for a long-time customer on his own initiative. He was also a true pleasure to deal with!

    Edited: I had a phone appointment with Sam Awad for my auto insurance at 3:00 PM on May 7, 2026, and originally I did not receive the scheduled call even though I got the confirmation email 2 days before the appointment. However, Sam later reached out to me, explained the situation, and helped fix the issue professionally. I appreciate the follow-up and the effort to make things right. Better communication at the beginning would still be appreciated, but I am happy the issue was resolved.

    They triple billed for their service. They called me but didn't leave a message, that was rude. I called back and they claimed i hadn't paid the invoice. Which i had i have the date and confirmation number. She investigated and found issue was with the AMA's bank that a bunch of payments weren't received for i think a 3 day period. lady i spoke to today confirmed payment was received and i have a zero balance yet they had sent another invoice. So I cancelled my account due to the double billing. I was told that if I wanted service in the future i would be charged $20. That is pure corporate greed. The lady didn't like that i called ama out for their bullshit fee and she hung up. I have zero trust in ama due to continuing to bill after they received payment.

    purchased the top tier package , as I own 4 vehicles and figured it would be a good idea. the very first time I tried to use the service, got a robot with a phone call, then tried the app... then called a locksmith and canceled ama . your better off on your own imo.

    Unprecedented delays, this is all I hear when I call for questions on my policy, be prepared for long wait times to talk to an actual representative, by the time you go through all the questions of the virtual assistant a person could have answered any question that you had. I have been a AMA customer for over 30 years and considering canceling as there is no customer service anymore.
