    Absolutely do not make an appointment here. Despite having an appointment, they made us wait an hour and a half. They said they were busy. But even though others were available, they kept the person I had an appointment with waiting and only processed mine after an hour and a half. Definitely stay away from this branch. They are very indifferent and unhelpful. I didn't know their company was so unprofessional.👎👎

    I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the service provided by Agent I do not want to mention her name. Despite being a loyal customer for three years without a single claim, my recent experience regarding a payment method inquiry was handled poorly. When I raised my concerns, Agent's response was dismissive, stating that my situation "did not matter" compared to the policy rules. I attempted to book an appointment weeks ago and finally I got it with a terrible representative. Furthermore I tried calling the number multiple times, but my calls went unanswered despite staying on the waiting line for periods of 30 minutes to an hour. Instead of acknowledging these difficulties, She repeatedly insisted I should have called earlier to cancel, which was not even what I was requesting a cancelation. I realize I should have checked the feedback for this specific agent sooner, as there seems to be a consistent pattern of customer disappointment. I would appreciate it a senior representative could reach out to me to review this matter.

    I just got my auto insurance back, thanks for the help of my insurance advisor Ceejay, he gave me a good new deal and a perfect customer services thumbs up for that.

    I purchased my first car and needed insurance. AMA gave me the best quote by far. My insurance advisor was Ceejay and he was first of all a very cool guy. He helped me to understand the different coverage plans offered and that really helped me to choose what was best for my needs. He did an awesome job and would recommend anyone seeking insurance to go with AMA and especially with Ceejay.

    I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the complete lack of accessibility from the insurance team. I have been calling the main line for several days in a row, waiting on hold for up to an hour each time, and no one ever answers. I needed to arrange insurance urgently and was ready to proceed based on an online quote, yet it has been impossible to get in touch with anyone. This situation is beyond inconvenient — it reflects a serious failure in customer service. If you do, in fact, have an insurance department, then you urgently need to address your staffing and response times. Right now, this does not feel like a professional insurance agency, but rather a disorganized operation that cannot support its customers when it matters most. Very disappointing experience.
