  Was nearly impossible to figure out what location I was with since I signed up online etheir way same company what difference does it make. I paid for the 20 hr driving school package .... At first it was going great then my instructor I had left me high and dry didn't return my text called ama a few times they were not helpful at all took my instructor off so I could book with anyone no slots were available.... My last lesson was July 5th my instructor canceled my last three that I had booked with him. It's now almost September and I still haven't had a single lesson since. Got really fed up called them again person was not helpful again of course only when I insisted on a supervisor or someone from management then something got started. So ideally I wanted a refund kinda ridiculous since by the time I could book a lesson it was 40 days until it could happen really ridiculous. Supervisor went to a manager a few days ago finially today the manager got back to me 🙄 I can't get a refund like you really think I remember anything I haven't driven since July 5th ridiculous 🙄 there solution was they found someone that can give me my last remaining lessons 🙄😤 definitely isn't what I wanted I want my money back . They just pushed me to the side mentally abused me. To the point that I don't even want to learn how to drive anymore it's been a nightmare 🙄😤 now I'm forced to finish my last few lessons when I don't even want to but forced because I spent money on it 🙄been months you think I learned anything other then disappointment 🙄 there solution was the instructor decides if I need more lessons then they will give me more 🙄it's not what I want but I'm stuck doing it there way🙄 only compensation is few extra lessons if they say I need it . It doesn't feel nice being cast aside when you spent alot of money on something to only be let down. I lost all will to even want to drive but I hate wasting money more 🙄 I suggest never going with AMA I went with them did the most expensive package 🙄I was thinking I was investing in my safety my future kids safety any passengers safety but no I invested in a headache mental abuse and depression 😤I would not recommend anyone to go with AMA for driving school there are a lot of other schools and cheaper ones more then half the price cheaper it's not worth it to go with AMA maybe if I had went somewhere else maybe I wouldn't have lost the will to want to learn if your debating about choosing ama don't do it big waste of money and nothing but stress and depression your not even valued as a customer your paying for a service and you should receive it accordingly not 2-3 moths later.
