  Je loue des voitures depuis plus de 20 ans et c’est sans doute la meilleure expérience que j’ai eue. L’Accelerated Check-in permet de gagner pas mal de temps par rapport aux enregistrements habituels. Une fois sur place, j’ai été spontanément surclassé (une Mercedes GLS au lieu d’une Mercedes GLC). J’avais pris l’option GPS, mais comme le véhicule en était déjà équipé, mon interlocuteur m’a dit qu’il retirait l’option pour ne pas me la faire payer inutilement. Et au moment du retour du véhicule, j’ai expliqué à la personne de l’agence que tout s’était très bien passé à part le GPS qui nous avait parfois fait des petites surprises et elle m’a demandé si elle pouvait me proposer une compensation pour ce désagrément. Vraiment très bien du début à la fin.

  I chose the luxury Audi specifically for its expected features like Adaptive Cruise Control. However, the vehicle I received did not have ACC active or even available. This is a basic expectation for a premium rental, and its absence made highway driving far more stressful and less enjoyable than in far cheaper rentals I've had. I paid a luxury price for a standard experience. Please ensure your fleet descriptions accurately reflect which features are actually functional

  I am writing this review specifically to recognize Harpreet and how helpful he was during our rental pickup. We were a large party travelling with two children under four, so having enough space was important. We had booked a 7-seater full-size SUV, similar to a Tahoe or Expedition, specifically because we needed the extra trunk space. I had even called ahead to confirm that we would need the type of vehicle we had reserved. Unfortunately, when we arrived for pickup, we were told that no full-size vehicle was available. This was obviously frustrating, especially after booking and confirming in advance. Harpreet went out of his way to help us. Rather than simply telling us nothing was available, he actively tried to find a solution. He checked the incoming lot and even went into the wash bay to locate a vehicle that would work for our family and luggage. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes, but thanks to Harpreet's effort, we ultimately got the vehicle we needed. I really appreciated his willingness to take ownership of the situation and find a solution. The original issue with the reservation was disappointing, but Harpreet's customer service made a significant difference in our experience. Thank you, Harpreet, for going above and beyond to help us out.

  Gil checked us in and helped us get our car. We actually wanted to modify it at the last minute from what we had originally reserved and he was able to find us a great replacement that was more suited to what we were looking for. Additionally we felt like his service was top notch. He was able to give us some tips on just driving in Canada and what was culturally acceptable, which we really appreciated.

  Convenient location in the airport. Service was top notch. Easy pick up and drop off. Raj was exceptionally helpful when dropping off the rental and checking us out. The minivan we rented was generally very comfortable to drive. However, it seemed to have a faulty TPMS sensor which continued to give false tire pressure readings even after I inflated the tire. I reported this problem when dropping off the car since it did cause us some concern, but no harm. I would rent again from Alamo.
