  We rented here and the service was great. They checked us in super fast, gave us a nice upgrade, provided a charging cord for our phone and were overall extremely nice and helpful. Same experience when we dropped off the car. Very, very pleasantly surprised.

  It was a very smooth process, no hassle and the gentleman who assisted at the return of car was very polite, friendly and professional he even helped us to get the cart and move the bags from the car to the cart, big thanks to everyone

  This was my first time renting a car where you walk up and pick one out yourself, and I was honestly a little nervous at first. The people in the car lot were very kind and helped my friend and me with everything we needed. The return process was just as easy, and we had no problems with the car at all. I also really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured to buy any extras, especially since my insurance had already told me I was covered. I was worried it might feel like dealing with car salesmen, but it didn’t feel that way at all. Overall, it was a smooth, easy, and stress-free experience. I would definitely rent from Alamo again.

  Outstanding service! The team saved the day.We rented a vehicle from the Alamo Calgary Airport location over the weekend, and the entire process was seamless. Pickup and return were completely hassle-free. However, the true test of their customer service came when I accidentally left my phone inside the car upon return. When I went back to get it, the entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They immediately launched a search, located my phone, and returned it to me safely. Losing a phone while traveling is incredibly stressful, but this team turned it into a positive experience. Huge thanks to everyone working that shift—your honesty and helpfulness mean the world! Highly recommend this location..

  Rented a car to be picked up in Calgary and returned in Vancouver, we returned the car over two weeks ago. The cost of the car hire was a bit over $1000 which we have paid. For some reason they are still holding another $1000+ from our accounts (at one point they held double the rental amount plus the 400 deposit from our accounts). We have tried talking to the Vancouver office in person just to be dismissed and told to wait and that it’s not their issue but the Calgary offices issue. We are now back home in Australia and have used the online helpdesk who said they have had it sorted, yet they are still withholding our funds for some reason. Their helpdesk and call centre are also only available between 10pm-8am our time, Monday to Friday, which is very inconvenient. A disappointing end to our trip and annoying that we are still trying to get it sorted. We will be going through our bank at this point.
