  Excellent customer service at this location! We flew in from the US to visit Banff for a week after my husband had a work event in Calgary. Benjamin at this location was so helpful and friendly during my pick up! I really appreciated his local advice as well. They were also very accommodating to us as we got stuck in some traffic coming back to Calgary from Banff. Our rental was due at 4p on a Sunday in the branch closes at 5. They were very accommodating and told us not to worry about stopping for dinner and just to drop it off after hours. They did not charge us for this. Highly recommend this rental location!

  I have rented from Alamo on many occasions, this was not a great experience, mainly to do with the wait time and the unavailability of child seats! Providing mis-information by them or third party booking led to us missing booked events.

  Excellent service from staff members when I accidentally left my phone in the returned vehicle and technical support with that phone when we picked up the vehicle. The car was a pleasure to drive also, despite having the steering wheel on the wrong side ;)
