- JBJagriv Bagga6 days ago1.0Hotspot location but they don't how know how to run a business pump always have some issues, Need a major update.
- SJSHERRY JOHNSTONEAug 30, 20261.0Extra credit card charge!! Stopped at the Flying J in Brooks on Aug 24th with our Motorhome towing our vehicle. Most of the pumps in the truck lanes were out of order (closed) so we went to the open one. When we started fueling, the nozzle started dispensing foam. Stopping our fueling, my husband went into the store to report the problem. An employee came out and shut off the pump then activating the one on the opposite side of the motorhome, which worked just fine so we completed our fill and got went inside for our receipt. Our copy shows $388.08. Two days later I see on our Credit card statement that they charged us that amount plus another charge on our card for $39.42. We called them and explained the problem but were told the manager Rahaul was not there but would call us back in the morning. It is now the 30th of August and no response. Very bad customer service.
- MAMami AliAug 14, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Shell location today. I paid $60 at pump 2, but the fuel completely stopped dispensing after reaching $40. Even though no gas was coming out, the pump kept counting up and charged me the full $60. When I went inside to speak to the manager about the faulty pump overcharging me, they completely dismissed me and said they "don't have a solution." This is unacceptable customer service and feels like a scam. Check your pumps and receipts carefully here!
