  Very dissatisfied with Cold Lake Enterprise. Had vehicle booked for a specific date and time. Arrived for pickup, office was closed. No courtesy phone call to explain why the office was closed. Contacted employee via phone. Employee explained he had to leave office to return another vehicle to another location. Obviously they are unstaffed. Was told that a vehicle was not available in any case. "Maybe try tommorow". Too late for my situation. Do not recommend Cold Lake Enterprise !

  Spent the entire first day trying to reach this agency by phone. Without communication, l activated the priority pass. Finally, at 5:36pm received a call from enterprise location to tell me, ‘no they could not deliver the vehicle to me’, ‘they have no set business hours’, ‘they could not fulfill the time requested for pick up (10a.m.)’. They didn’t know what time they would open this location for the day as they have others. The next day, they said they would deliver the vehicle to my husband’s work. They didn’t. They called to say they couldn’t. So taking time away from work, my husband went down to fill out the paperwork and get the keys. Leaving a vehicle we were now responsible for unattended until that evening when we could go get it. The vehicle’s inside was dirty and the tank was not full. The driver’s door had a drink spilled in it and it was obvious children had been inside as there were sticky fingerprints all over the seats. It gets worse. On Sunday night, we organized our lives to return the vehicle. My husband started calling Monday at 8:30am to find out when someone would be at the location here. They told us to drop it off without anyone there to accept the vehicle or inspect it. We were uncomfortable doing it as any damage we would be responsible for. They told us to bring it to the Cold Lake location. 35km away from the local office? Spent the day trying to reach the district manager and reaching customer service. The district manager never returned our calls. Customer service tried to reach the location without success. At 4:30pm, customer service told us to return it without an inspection or be charged an extra day. We will never use this car service again and we have launched a complaint with our insurance company. Customer Service = regular business hours, professional service, answer phone calls, meet contract obligations (ie. inspections, cleanliness, filled gas tank). None of which they offered. We will never use them again.

  I would give higher stars if the hours were better. Opening at 8:00, it's already cutting it close for me to get where I need to, and they don't seem to have enough manpower to deal with the rush of people who want to rent or need picking up. The staff was definitely friendly, though. The car was good as well.
