I was informed that they would have to order them but they would be there later today (well before my scheduled appointment.) When I showed up, the front staff were very nice, told me it would take about 30 minutes to change the tires. After almost an hour of waiting, they came around front and informed me that they don't even have the tires. At this point my vehicle was already on the hoist with the lug nuts removed. So not only did I waste my time but now I have to go out of my way to re-twerk my tires. This could've easily been avoided if they looked for tires before hand, or just didn't confirm the appointment. Very angry I wasted my time at this place.
