  Have regularly rented a car from Enterprise Banff and each time Ankush has been amazing. He works hard and provides excellent customer service. Even with the summer rush, he manages to provide a car for us every time with a smile!

  I am extremely frustrated with the awful service at this location (inside the Banff Caribou Lodge). I spent the entire day waiting until 4:00 PM to pick up a car that was confirmed available. Around 4:30 PM, I had a quick issue with my payment card. I stepped away to fix it and returned exactly 5 minutes later, at 4:38 PM. To my absolute shock, the office was already completely locked and the employee had left. The official closing time is 5:00 PM—leaving 25 minutes early is completely unprofessional. During our first interaction, the employee explicitly mentioned that he lived in Calgary and wanted to head back early. Stranding paying customers and closing a business ahead of schedule just for personal convenience is unacceptable. Our plans were completely ruined because of this. Avoid this location if you expect reliable service. Terrible experience.

  We rented a car at Enterprise Banff in May 2026, booking at quite short notice for an extremely reasonable price. We would like to recommend Ankush for his exceptional customer service. Ankush was a pleasure to speak with, and he gave us a good explanation of optional add-on costs, local driving advice and a complimentary class upgrade. We are very happy with our experience, thank you!

  10/10 experience with the Enterprise at Banff. Ankush Kadam went out of his way to accommodate all my requests and answered all the questions i had about the city/town. Would love to come here again and book with them for sure.

  Ankus, you are an absolute legend! Thank you for saving our Calgary vacation weekend by pulling a rabbit out of a hat and supplying us with an Equinox after an unfortunate situation with your competitors up the road. You were professional, compassionate, and very understanding of our situation. We are a family of 5 and our vehicle broke down near Lake Louise. We crawled it into Lake Louise and decided to take the bus to Banff. I am forever grateful to Ankus and Enterprise Banff for making the magic happen! #customerforlife
