  The customer service provided by Ankush Kadam was outstanding! He was patient and kind as I negotiated the logistics of a last minute decision to rent a car while visiting Alberta and British Columbia. I highly recommend Enterprise in Banff, AB.

  It is located inside of Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa lobby. Pretty convenient, right? BUT, the counter is tiny, there is only one person handling the tedious process. Friendly staff yet there is always a line of people, you will waste lots of time waiting. Go prepared.

  Have regularly rented a car from Enterprise Banff and each time Ankush has been amazing. He works hard and provides excellent customer service. Even with the summer rush, he manages to provide a car for us every time with a smile!

  I am extremely frustrated with the awful service at this location (inside the Banff Caribou Lodge). I spent the entire day waiting until 4:00 PM to pick up a car that was confirmed available. Around 4:30 PM, I had a quick issue with my payment card. I stepped away to fix it and returned exactly 5 minutes later, at 4:38 PM. To my absolute shock, the office was already completely locked and the employee had left. The official closing time is 5:00 PM—leaving 25 minutes early is completely unprofessional. During our first interaction, the employee explicitly mentioned that he lived in Calgary and wanted to head back early. Stranding paying customers and closing a business ahead of schedule just for personal convenience is unacceptable. Our plans were completely ruined because of this. Avoid this location if you expect reliable service. Terrible experience.
