  I like the friendly service. They give you water or coffee. It only takes 10 minutes and there is hardly any wait. I know it's average pricing but I have seen oil changes in Calgary for $90. This one was $110.

  Trustworthy. They go the extra mile by checking other mechanical things in my Buick and then they advise me more then I would ever get told. They are there to make sure your car gets that full checkup and care. Just a peace of mind to know I have them to help me with my beautiful car.

  I recently had an oil change for my car at this shop. It was my third visit to this place. However, my last trip was not as great as the previous ones. I don’t have an idea that my car is having an oil leak. I only knew then when the guy told me that my oil level is already below the threshold. He pursued me to get the Lucas oil to help deal with the leak. I wasn’t told if there is something wrong with any of the gaskets underneath (I supposed that it is no longer part of their job). Oil is still leaking and I have to top it up until I have an auto mechanic checked the issue. I am upset and is considering to get an oil change and other services for my car elsewhere.

  Cheap oil change seekers come here!!! I see people on social media asking all the time where can they get a cheap synthetic oil change, “I can buy the oil myself for $30”. Who do you point the finger at when you forget to put new oil in or under or overfill it? When you don’t tighten the drain plug properly and it leaks dry without you knowing or overtighten it and damage your oil pan? What warranty coverage on the fluid do you have? I’ve been in this industry all my life and this happens WAY too often even with trained professionals. The peace of mind, customer experience, quality of the product, speed, and the more than competitive price make this the best spot in Airdrie that I’ve visited. As a corporate employee with an indirect competitor I shop many different brands and have to say this was the best yet. They educated me properly and knowledgeably about what I knew I needed and if not in the industry I would have said yes immediately. Pricing for some front and rear differential fluid exchange was some of the best I’ve seen, maybe even better than I can get the product and do it myself for. 18 mins, $120 for a synthetic oil change on a truck, great conversation and service, and major peace of mind knowing they use an extremely high quality product in valvoline, I’ll spread the word.
