  I have rented a car here twice in the last two years and both times it was super easy. The guys who work here seem to be really organized and efficient. They went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation which I truly appreciate.

  Great staff. They have become my friends now. Courtesy pick up and drop off from home is very helpful.

  I would honestly leave zero stars if possible they are some of the biggest scamming crooks out there. They don’t do what they say they’re gonna do then charge you an extra charge for an after hours fill up when the car itself takes $60 max to fill un empty from $150 deposit I received $46 they charged me extra because it’s an hours filled. I would avoid at all possible cost. They don’t give a crap but stealing your money by far the worst company ever avoid I can see why it’s a 3.9 star review should be Less in my opinion.

  I would give a 1 star rating, however, the employee that picked us up from the autobody shop and helped get us into the rental initially was professional and courteous. Otherwise my experience at the Airdrie location was awful. The location itself is FILTHY. I cannot fathom how no one in upper management hasn't addressed it. It isn't a little bit dirty, it's filthy. This is not the norm for Enterprise. I travel alot for work and this was a first. The vehicle I was provided smelled SO heavily of cologne it was, for me, not possible to drive the vehicle, even with the windows open. Highly allergic and rendered nauseous every time I got in it. They did agree to swap out vehicles. We needed a truck as our truck was in the shop and when I phoned to express I needed to swap vehicles and why I asked if they had a truck available. I was told yes, but that they needed an hour to clean it. I waited an hour before proceeding to pick up. Upon arrival I was initially helped immediately as when I walked in the employee at the counter asked how he could help. I told him I was here to swap vehicles and that I had called ahead. He says ok and then proceeds to interact with a colleague that was sitting at a computer because said colleague wanted to show him a video or picture or something on his phone. Really!? I'm standing right here waiting. They proceeded to ignore me, visited for a minute or two and then returned focus to me at which time I was told the vehicle wasn't ready and they needed 15 minutes to "sanitize" it... Meaning it hadn't been cleaned. So I waited. Uncomfortably. In filth. Terrible location. Terrible customer service. The manager did offer a free upgrade and 10% off of my next rental which I do appreciate, however, it is unlikely I will ever rent from this location again unless there are no other options.
