  My experience with this Enterprise was horrible. The employees that work here are incredibly rude and have zero customer service skills. We booked the rental for a Thursday {a SUV or a truck} and made changes on the Monday {with a new pickup day for Wednesday}. When I called on the way in they did not have a vehicle ready and told me I would need to wait until 3pm which wasn’t an option. They managed to find me a vehicle {a small car} but it took two hours to have this ready. Fine. When I got picked up at Cam Clark the gentleman {if you can call him that} waited for me to find him although I called twice {as I was told for 45 minutes that he was on his way when they’re only 5 minutes away} and proceeded to greet me with “You Stacey?”. I am typically not someone to leave a negative review as I don’t feel they’re worth the time, but this experience was absolutely awful and they need to do better. I will only be renting in Cochrane from now on.
