    I was referred to the Enterprise West Kelowna location when my car was in the shop for repair. I found the customer service exceptional, the manager is delightful - I saw her having to deal with a couple of things that needed extra attention and patience and thought she was excellent. I managed to pick up a nail in one of the tires and they were quick to let me know that if I couldn't get the repair shop to fix it, I could just return the car for another to use, and they were very kind about it. I would not hesitate to rent from Enterprise going forward if ever the need for a rental comes up. Thank you to everyone we encountered, it was a great experience and is appreciated.

    I rented a vehicle for a week from the West Kelowna, BC location. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted, was clean & ready for me, customer service was excellent. Very pleased and will use them again.

    Do yourself a favor, don't rent from here. I experienced non-existent customer service and was charged extra days. They do not communicate with the Enterprise Customer Service head office, and you will be told one thing by Enterprise Customer Service and another by this location.
