Purchased a new set of Goodyear Assurance all weather tires for my 2022 Dodge Ram 1500. (22” rims and installed 285 45 22 and they look great) They quoted a good price and when I arrived to pick up my truck the price was actually lower than the quote. In addition there is also a 150$ rebate coming from Goodyear. So far the tires have ran great and for an open thread they are quite quiet. Good traction in the wet weather and just waiting for the snow to arrive. Very good service and am quite pleased.

Bad service! Rude lady in back desk. They lie about service.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
