  The staff at this West Kelowna location has been incredibly disrespectful. We were blamed for causing damage that was already there, even though it was pre-existing. Since they changed management, their service has been absolutely abysmal. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. We requested contact information for the supervisors’ manager to explain the situation, but they refused to provide it. Instead, they proceeded to open a claim for the “damages.” Tell me if you can spot the damage on the front bumper, please keep in mind that when we picked this vehicle up the exterior was dirty which would have made it even harder to pinpoint any damage on it it, I’m willing to pay if I’m at fault, but to have my wife bullied and accused of something that we are 100 percent confident we didn’t do is unjust. The “advisor” was able to spot the damage within 30 seconds of a walk-around, so I’m really suspicious of the situation.

  Poor customer service for almost all the employees you will encounter. There was one gem of a customer service rep at the Kelowna location (not the airport, they were all useless) that helped me with everything I needed, which was simply needing a larger car. He actually stopped me from returning the car I had and going to the competition, because he immediately fixed the issue.. unfortunately still 2 star review because one good staff member out of 5 that I dealt with is a really poor statistic. And look, that one staff member achieved two stars for 5 people. And the other 4 were dead weight. Would not recommend the West Kelowna or Kelowna Airport locations. Kelowna location was good.

  Ramandeep went above and beyond to find me a vehicle without having a reservation, despite my miscommunication with the repair shop. She was gracious and kind!

  Highly recommend Enterprise for anyone looking to rent a vehicle for travel. Super efficient, professional customer service agents and always friendly and polite !! The drop box feature for the vehicle keys is perfect for those who want to drop off the vehicle after hours!!

  My experience at Enterprise in West Kelowna was very satisfying. The reps were very friendly and professional. I would definitely rent from them again.
