I reserved online for an intermediate size and was pleasantly surprised to see I was upgraded to SUV at no additional charge. Pick up process was efficient and we checked over the car together, making sure I took my own video and pictures for my records. The Nissan Rogue was great. Smooth ride, comfortable and easy to drive. I had it for 7 days. I just dropped it off an hour ago. Drop off process was also quick and friendly. I got my invoice and was told I’ll get my deposit back in 3-5 business days. I would use them again as staff were friendly, car was nice and the price is good value for money. Thanks National!

Then on drop off flames that the car wasn’t full on gas because it was a hair off. Rather than arguing, I said sure you can gas it up. They charged me $20 for what was less than half of an eight off of full. Very scammy
