  Very reasonable pricing and I got a great vehicle. A Toyota Corolla that was cheap on fuel and easy to drive. No public washrooms at this location.

  They incorrectly input my fuel preferences, lied about who rented me the car in the first place to avoid responsibility on their part, and charged me incorrectly as a result of their mistake.

  Had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I was able to drop my rental off at the airport. It was a awesome car at a great price. I will definitely use them again 💛😊

  The service at the Courtney Street location is exceptional. I have dealt with Jun on several occassions and find he is prompt with his replies, helpful and courteous. The cars are always in top-notch condition and are available at a good daily rate. I also have picked up at the airport many times, and find the ability to either return or pick up at the Courtney Street location so very helpful. Thank you!!

  Highly recommend the National Car Courtney Victoria location for any car rental needs you might have. I recently rented a pick up truck from them for a day that I then needed to extend for another day at the last minute. They were able to accommodate that extension’s . The availability of a pick up truck to assist with moving was very helpful. I checked a number of other rental options in Victoria and there were no pick trucks available on the dates needed. I was very happy to find a pick up truck available at their location. The staff were professional, courteous, responsive, and kind from the start to the finish of renting the truck for the weekend. As well, a special shout out to Jun who helped me to find and retrieve valuable lost keys two weeks after the truck had been returned. Outstanding service all round!
