  WARNING...I basically got scammed by these guys. I don't know if it was on purpose or just due to incompetence. Toyota paid for a loaner vehicle for me from this company and location while they were fixing my car. I was given a car that didn't have a full tank of gas, it was almost full, maybe 90%. I didn't think it was a big deal and like other companies I would just return at the same level I got it. I did just that, and then got an email that they are charging me $35 dollars, because it wasn't full. They charge DOUBLE the price of gas to fill it. So not only did they give me a car that wasn't full and then charged me to fill the rest of it, they charged me double for the gas....as you can see from other reviews, i'm not the only one who got scammed... i'm going to let the Toyota dealership know so they will think twice before renting to people from this location....Do not come here.

  Scammed me into paying $3000 for a cracked front light due to a hit and run, and asked me to submit to my insurance because they were unable to wait (lazy) to do it themselves. Months later, insurance said it does not work that way because they already closed the claim from their end. $3000 for an average used Hyundai is probably what the whole car is worth, not the light's worth!! Gaslighting and Scam.

  No idea what they are doing. Said they put a hold then said they cancelled the hold on my card. When I asked for printout they said I’d get it when I checked out. Didn’t get it and they had put the hold. When I returned the vehicle apparently the gas gauge wasn’t enough over F for them. Told me I could go gas it up or they would later and let me know. 2 litters is how much it took because frankly I didn’t trust them. Rude and unhelpful. Don’t use this location. I was going to name the clerk, but he was clearly trained on this issue so it’s on management and the location.

  Horrible Horrible service ! VERY - POORLY - MANAGED ; I walked into this location on a Tuesday afternoon and asked to reserve a car for " pick-up service " for Wednesday morning at 08:30. They asked me to " Phone them to remind them " at 08:00. Really ?? So i phoned them at 08:00 on Wednesday morning to remind them. I was out on the street waiting at 08:30 for the pick-up service. At 08:40 i phoned and asked if they sent the driver , they told me he will be leaving " soon " . Really ?? The driver finally showed up around 08:55. I asked to speak with the Manager and said to him ; Why didn't the driver leave at 08:15 to come to pick me up ? He said he was busy. Oh really ?? So i come in A DAY EARLY and the customers who come in a day later are getting served first !!?? Is it too difficult to make a note on your computer or phone or a Day Book of the next days schedule ?? " Employee to leave the office at 08:15 to pick up a customer at 08:30 ??!! " I had a long drive ahead of me and a fairly tight schedule , this is why i requested the Pick up service EARLY. This made for a very stressful drive. What if i had a Ferry Reservation and missed my ferry ? Very very poor management techniques. I do not recommend this location at all. " Saying sorry is not a solution to the problem they created. I Highly recommend ENTERPRISE rental on the corner of Government and Bay street are MUCH BETTER , more polite and professional !
