He was able to change the cabin filter in minutes whereas, I’ve always been told, in my particular vehicle, it could ONLY be changed by a dealer. Others have looked & failed each time. He explained the pricing system & saved me hundreds of dollars. I hope to find this same attendant each time I come in the future!

I didn't expect any assistance due to it's nature, but they were very accommodating and Jacob got it done! Very impressed with him and the polite crew members working there. - PLPaul Marc LalondeJan 3, 20265.0I’m happy with the service and attention to detail time and price. Small example; my engine shroud has to come off while changing oil. That part is custom white. The top of the intercooler was also full of leaves. When I got my car back I checked this and the shroud was wiped clean and the leaves removed, everything else in the area was wiped clean, a small detail but to me it which shows pride in work. Guys in the shop seem polite good communication and do a great job. Happy customer will return with all my vehicles from now on.

Since I was coming up to the mileage, I decided to go get my usual oil change. Ryan at GCOC checked my oil and asked me when I had my last oil change. I said probably about a year ago. He said my oil looks great and since this business operates as being honest and with integrity, it would be criminal to take my money. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that! He checked everything else, topped up my washer fluid and put some air in my tires free of charge. He gave me a new sticker as to when to come back and sent me on my way. Thank you Ryan so very much for being such an honest person! It’s so appreciated especially right after Xmas! You are a good human!! 🥰
- AAAllie AppelDec 21, 20251.0Waited 1hr and 15mins with only 4 cars in line in total of the 3 bays. I normally do my own oil changes but due to lacking a garage and it being wet and gross out, I opted for them as I used them once in the past and it went WAY better than this. It was extremely pricey even with a coupon, triple what you would pay doing it yourself unfortunately. After, I checked my engine bay and there is now a concerning amount of old oil residue that they failed to clean up on my plastic undercarriage cover, especially under my timing belt/belts which I know is not from that as it was done 10,000km ago. Never coming here again, waiting over an hour for an overpriced, crappy oil change is not my cup of tea and I should’ve just did it myself in the rain, lesson learned. EDIT: after checking to see if this was an active leak which luckily it doesn’t seem to be, I am missing a clip for my undercarriage which they had to have removed to access my oil filter WHICH I know for a fact was there before my oil change. How the heck do you mess up an oil change and lose a clip? UPDATE: It’s been 10 days since I’ve emailed and reached out, still haven’t been contacted and I’m growing even more frustrated.
