  The customer service @ this location was above and beyond. Jacob and Jared were very kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and generous in the care they provided. Highly recommended and God bless this Business 🙏❤️

  Called and had a word with Jacob, pulled in to get a service and I ran into Mikaela whom I knew from another location! Mikaela did an amazing job as always getting my car serviced and topping the oil levels. Jacob was super friendly, great to know the guy drives the same car, in the same colour! This location is fantastic, just like the one at Langford Parkway. The only thing I’d mention is this being an Oil Change / Service station is hidden away from the Main Street, where it is not visible to drivers driving by or passer bys. The only people who would drive into this would be: 1. Either by recommendation as long ago Mikaela told me about this spot. 2. People living in the area searching Maps for recommendations. This being hidden by the tall apartments, only makes it less accessible to spot by all means. Apart from that, all in all, the service here is great, amazing job done by Mikaela and Jacob. Will definitely be visiting when needed!

  Courteous and friendly service by Jacob the facility manager. Excellent communication throughout the process. No wait time and speedy work. No “up-selling”, just the necessary items. No surprises on the bill. Although I live 40 minutes away and there are closer options, I’ve used this branch of Great Canadian for three years and will continue to do so. Thanks for another excellent service Jacob and staff.

  Excellent service! I visited this Great Canadian Oil Change and the experience was top-notch. Mikaela was a pleasure to work with; she was very efficient and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great customer service. Thank you!
