Jacob, the branch manager, checked the oil and, considering the low mileage since the last service, gave very helpful advice. Since the oil was still in good condition, I decided to return after reaching the recommended mileage. Jacob was excellent and kindly checked all the important items free of charge. I was happy to see that I would be dealing with a woman when I pulled up to the stall. She immediately made me feel at ease by telling her name and saying that she would be happy to answer any of my questions when I told her that I was a newbie. This young woman whose name is Mikaela Is the reason that I will be a return customer. She explained everything to me and had to work overtime in order to get my airflow filter out because the Ford C max doesn’t make anything easy to get to. I was so happy with the service that I received from her that I asked her to put her schedule on my invoice so that I could To pass it on to other women who I know would be more comfortable, dealing with a female than a male. I posted about my experience on the Local mom‘s group and wasn’t surprised when other people had amazing things to say about Mikaela And their experience At this location.
