  We had excellent service at this location. We needed a transmission flush. And they flushed it 3 times at no additional cost… it was well past due.. so we really appreciate the extra effort the team put in. Thank you

  As a young woman I have often felt pressured at oil change places/car shops, but this one was completely different. The staff were honest, helpful, and never pushy. Pepe especially was fantastic, he explained everything clearly and made me feel confident about what was being done. Highly recommend, will be back!

  I went in for oil and air filter changes this morning. I had called around first and confirmed GCOC offered best prices in town for synthetic oil change with a discount coupon. I was also time constrained and wanted the job done today. I got in quickly and the young lady who serviced my car was amazing! Her communications, professionalism and attention to detail was above and beyond. She also offered to check the cabin air filter - which I didn’t know that I had - behind the glove box. Go figure! It was disgustingly black and dirty (see photo), and obviously useless as an air filter. In fact, probably hazardous to the health of me and any other occupants. I left feeling my time and money was very well spent! Best oil and filter changes I’ve ever received. I highly recommend GCOC (Burnside), and particularly this service technician. I’ll be back!

  I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff at the Douglas Street location are incredible. I have a 2009 f150 with a cam phaser defect. After going in last year thinking the truck had moments of life left as it wasnt running right. I did their suggested maintainance items and the truck has been running better than ever for the last 2 years. Pepe was absolutely incredible! He listened to my specific requests, and gave me great info to keep my vehicle properly maintained. I know this place has saved me costly repairs!

  One guy promptly acknowledged me as I turned into the lane area from the street which was nice. I lined up and was in getting the oil changed pretty quickly. I was happy to be shown my air filter and given the option to purchase and have them replace it for me. I opted to do it on my own and I liked that I was not pushed. I also liked that they adjusted my tire pressure to make it all even and informed me of upcoming services needed. One thing I think that was new is having a computer screen facing me to show me exactly what he was talking about and costs up front. I appreciated that. I was in a hurry and everything happened in good timing for me to go to my next appointment. I go to Great Canadian Oil change every time.
