Very efficient, had my car checked within an hour. Communication was fantastic - texting the car was ready and no issues. The report was easy to follow and understand with photos accompanying the explanation. Friendly service both on the phone and in person. Great service and great price. Definitely would return.

The guys here are great! I called them when I had two flats in my truck, even though they were fully booked up for the day they told me to leave the truck with them for the afternoon and they ended up getting it done! They really care about seeing you get back on the road and they got my work truck back to me the same day! I’m now able to work today because you guys did this! Thanks a bunch!

What an amazing experience! I was told by another shop/dealership that I need to replace many parts in order to do a wheel alignment. I went to fountain fire- recommended by a friend- glad I came. Fountain fire checked my car and said no wheel alignment is needed and the part that, that dealership said to replace appears to be in order and it is not needed. THANK YOU fountain Tire for the impeccable service and HONESTY, I will definitely be back for my vehicle needs.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
