  Rented an Atlas for the day. The car was in great condition. The rental process was easy and smooth. Noel and Sofia made the experience effortless. The were both professional and friendly throughout pick up and drop off.

  I rented a car on my weekend to go up to Galiano island and camp with a friend. The car is in excellent shape and gas efficient! I think it cost us like $30 in gas to drive from Victoria, ferry to Galiano and drive around Galiano island and back. We rented the car for 3 days and had an absolute blast. Perry, the manager and his team were kind and empathetic to our good times upon the return of the vehicle. The whole team is genuinely friendly and great people to deal with. It was a seamless process from start to finish and I would easily recommend. The proximity to downtown is awesome, I just walked home after. It would be truly foolish to rent a vehicle from anywhere else! Here’s some photos of the trip! If you live on Vancouver island and you haven’t made the time to check out our little gulf islands, you need to! Rainy season has its own charm to it.

  I had a wonderful experience renting a car from Enterprise. The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Mark was extremely professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of before I hit the road. He explained all the details clearly, helped me choose the right vehicle, and ensured it was spotless and ready on time. The car was in great condition and drove perfectly throughout my trip. I truly appreciated Mark’s excellent customer service and the overall reliability of Enterprise. I’ll definitely rent from them again and highly recommend asking for Mark if you want top-notch service! 🚗👏

  Enterprise rent a car staff member did cheating with my friend as he rented a vehicle from them. When he returned the vehicle at body shop, the vehicle was fine and my friend checked 360 degree, everything was fine. But 2 days latter, enterprise called my friend and said they found a minor dent and they put $2000 claim on my friend. My friend contacted their dispute team and they put their sales person fault and sales person just totally arrogant and behaved unprofessional. At end, my friend had to pay them money because they had all of my friend's personal info and credit card Information. To be honest, please go for another rental company in the city. Do not go Enterprise Rent a Car, as they are not good people. They are unprofessional and likes to repair their damaged car from their renters. Thank you

  I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After returning my rental vehicle in perfect condition, I was contacted two days later and informed that there was a “minor scratch/dent” on the front bumper — and that the entire bumper needed replacement, costing nearly $2,000. I immediately explained that the damage was absolutely not caused by me, but the staff refused to listen or even properly investigate. Their approach was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service ethics. I contacted their customer service team, who initially said they would open an inquiry, but after a week, I received no meaningful response or support. It’s extremely disappointing to see such dishonest and unfair business practices from a well-known company. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Enterprise. I strongly recommend others to avoid renting from this company — there are far more transparent and professional rental options available.
