  Team here at Bay and Government was excellent! They were helpful, friendly, and communicative. It felt like they cared about their work and do it with pleasure. As far as renting a car goes, this lot is great. 🏆

  Worst enterprise location. They ask unnecessary questions and try to talk over people. They asked me for a second id other than my drivers licence and when I gave it to them, made excuses to not rent to me even though I was kind. These people don't need your money people, they are to prideful and full of themselves. Go elsewhere...

  It would had been better if, google had 0 stars,I could had rate that . I booked car on 29th Dec. 2025 ,Monday online, and after few mins I got a call from the girl working there, that as i choosed for expedited service with license info., the car would be ready at 10.30 when I arrive as per booking terms. However, Upon my arrival the guy at counter told me that he don't have any car presently, and he is expecting one in few mins. when I had appointment booked in an hour and had to reach a place and i asked him, it will be sure in few mins. Then he said it might be 20 mins to half hr or never know. Then he called Langford another location and asked them and he said we cannot drop you there, or ask them to bring car here, help yourself a cab at your own expense costing about $70 at my own expense and fig it out, obviously another company owns their mistake and works towards resolving it when there were 5 staff members sitting in office doing not much of help to drop a customer which other companies always do for a smooth transaction based on condition, however upon requesting I was dropped at another car rental 5 mins away. But i could had save my 1 hr, plus time and stress, if upon calling they would had explained the situation and I ended up paying $60 more then the standard price, which i could had paid upon booking initially. I didnt expected this service and behavior from Enterprise that is why people choose a brand and corporate instead Mom and pop car rentals .

  Highly recommended ! I needed a car for my family. Fair price, clean and new car with all the features in it. Cheap on gas and their customers service is amazing. Nathan and his colleague are super helpful and really helped us choosing a car and got us moving quickly.

  I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. On the walk around the rental vehicle there was a substantial damage to the left rear bumper in two spots. The employee said not to worry and that it was all documented and told I did not need to take a picture. Luckily I took a picture. When I returned the vehicle the staff did the inspection and there was a lot of fuss. I decided to go out and see what all the fuss was about. They tried to blame one of the large scraps on me. I was totally shocked. I knew it was there when I rented. So luckily I found the picture and even then they seemed not wanting to believe it. I was not impressed. It was very stressful. I feel the staff need to document the damage more seriously. I just found out today my friend had exactly the same experience at the same dealership on Government Street. So maybe they do not document it so that an innocent client has to pay. I will not be returning to Enterprise nor will I recommend them to anyone.
