Would not recommend anyone national is just a couple buildings up Go there. Also they told me they don’t do pick ups, and the repair shop I had to drop my personal car off at said they pick people up there everyday!?

Worst experience and please be away to book rentals from them. Use another rental companies, but don’t go to Entreprise Rent-A-Car.

- THTracy HoldenSep 9, 20255.0I want to send a huge thank you to Elissa Parkinson and the team for their excellent assistance and professionalism for a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired over a 2 week period at Langford Boyd Auto Body. I was supplied a beautiful vehicle to use and Elissa was there waiting for me when I dropped my vehicle off for repair. After the repair I left the rental at Boyds. Easy peasy! The next day I got a call as I had missed something left in the trunk. I asked if it would be possible for them to return it and leave the item at Boyd's for my convenience instead of going to their office. They checked and were making a vehicle drop off the next day and cheerfully left there for my pick up, much closer to my home. Above and beyond service. Thank you!
