  Fraudulent experience done by entreprise rental Victoria to my friend and they have done the damage, now they asked to pay that damage claim to my friend by by their staff They hide their mistake and they have not provided transparent instructions to renters. Worst experience and please be away to book rentals from them. Use another rental companies, but don’t go to Entreprise Rent-A-Car.

  Another awesome experience renting from Enterprise in Langford. Ronnie and the team here are great, I rent from these guys often and it is always a seamless, stress free transaction. No complaints, five stars ✨️

  I want to send a huge thank you to Elissa Parkinson and the team for their excellent assistance and professionalism for a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired over a 2 week period at Langford Boyd Auto Body. I was supplied a beautiful vehicle to use and Elissa was there waiting for me when I dropped my vehicle off for repair. After the repair I left the rental at Boyds. Easy peasy! The next day I got a call as I had missed something left in the trunk. I asked if it would be possible for them to return it and leave the item at Boyd's for my convenience instead of going to their office. They checked and were making a vehicle drop off the next day and cheerfully left there for my pick up, much closer to my home. Above and beyond service. Thank you!

  Amazing service. So friendly and flexible and made my urgent need for a car totally stress free. Do not listen to the old reviews, they are under new management and my experience could not have been any better. Thank you!!!
