  Very disappointing experience with this location. The quality of the parts used in the repair was poor, and there appears to be little to no quality control once the work is completed. I had to return twice for the exact same issue, which should not happen after a professional repair. Each visit cost me additional time and inconvenience, yet the problem still was not properly resolved. After my second visit, I was promised a follow-up call, but no one ever contacted me. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered. Being ignored after a service issue is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of accountability. Customers trust repair shops to stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this location did not take responsibility for the problem or provide proper follow-up. I hope management or corporate reviews this situation and improves both quality control and customer service so other customers don’t experience the same frustration.

  Ruth at the front desk is polite, professional and very efficient. Winston was passionate about customer service, very friendly and is clearly an asset to the business. I was navigating an ICBC claim but I would recommend these folks for any vehicle work you need done. Very impressed.

  Tanya, Winston, the admin and the tech that fixed up our Prius did a an amazing job. The honesty and customer service really stood out throughout but what really blew me away was when I came in paid my bill and was about to leave they realized I had already paid a parts deposit I had long forgot about. Gave me right back some cash I handed to them. That kind of integrity will have me as a Boyd Autobody customer forever!!!! Albeit you hope you aren’t a « repeat customer » at the Autobody shop. Thank you guys again!

  Recently we had both our vehicles repaired here with great results. Ruth , Winston and Tanya were very kind and knowledgeable. Vehicles were immaculate when returned. We would highly recommend this business.
