  Went in for a oil change . They also checked my transmission fluid . A little time goes by and my land Lord noticed my car was leaking something . I came home the following Friday and looked underneath my car the transmission and and drive train was soaked in oil so I went back there to get them to see what's up . They had 2 vehicles in the bay and told me it would be a little quicker to go to the other location so I did . They guys there checked out what's going on only to find out that there was 0 transmission fluid showing on the dip stick which was very alarming and the draining bolts were completely loose . They were the ones to touch anything on that car last guess they forgot to tighten the plug bolts . I believe it was a full 8 turns to get them tight. They cleaned off as much residue as they could I went home put cardboard underneath and not a single drop of anything . Drove a whole bunch next day and everything seemed fine . Now I'm just worried about how long I've been driving it without transmission fluid because of neglagance . Nice guys there but for sure never going back . No one services the transmission I was going to do it after I found out about the issue . No one mentioned that the fluid was down at the time of oil change or any leaks of any kind and no leaks since I took it to the other location . not sure how you get that much oil out to check the colour without opening the plug . Thanks for your call back that never happened after I reached out to your store that was awesome . Also I reached out to my insurance agent to check for third party liability and the first thing she asked me was it great Canadian oil change wonder how she guessed that. Also you saying you don't check the transmission while you check the transmission sounds suspicious have a great day .

  Sometimes a second chance is needed. I had a issue with a quote that wasn't correct because of the special type of transmission I have. When I left last time after finding out it would be more I was pretty unhappy. I left a review about my experience and the owner responded asking for an opportunity to make it right. I needed my transmission fluid changed regardless so I went in this morning, ready to pay full price and just get it done. Jake and his team helped me out. Jake told me he was there that day and heard what happened and offered to give it to me at the price quoted. We met in the middle as I did also feel bad. The service was amazing. The guys have great banter going back and forth and seem to really enjoy being there. Everyone makes mistakes. Myself included. I appreciate you guys making it right with me, and I appreciate Jake and the team giving me quality service. I'll keep coming back for all my service. I appreciate you guys.

  I love this location! Kalum and Jake helped me today and made the experience absolutely 10/10. I find lots of oil change places guilt trip you into buying extra things and talk down to you trying to sell, and these guys absolutely did not do that. I felt like they actually cared about what my car needed and gave there honest recommendations not just what would make them the most money. They were also just nice to guys to talk and had such a good attitude and seemed genuinely happy to help! Go see them for your next oil change!
