Tire caught a screw up the street and went flat. My tire iron was broken so they let me borrow one to swap to my spare so I could drive over and get the original tire fixed. Other places were going to plug (temp fix) for $40, they did a patch (permanent) for $45. Staff were friendly and service was good. Would recommend this team for when you’re having tire troubles.

I had a flat tire on the highway and was in the middle of a panic attack when Dylan and Arash pulled over and offered to help me change to my spare. They were calm, confident, and reassuring the entire time. Not only did they change the tire, but they also checked the flat tire and explain whether it might be repairable or if it needed replacement. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. They went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Employees like this are incredibly rare. Their kindness, initiative, and professionalism represent the absolute best of what customer service and human decency should look like. Please recognize them for the outstanding people they are: if anyone deserves a raise and recognition, it’s them! I cannot possibly express how grateful I am for what they did for me that day.

I discovered a piece of metal in my tire, and the pressure had dropped to just 12 PSI. I was genuinely scared to keep driving, so I called Fountain Tire since it was nearby. Vince answered the call and explained that they were very busy that morning. When I told him I didn’t feel safe driving and wasn’t sure what to do, he immediately told me to come in. They took me in right away and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. I really needed my car that day, so I was incredibly grateful. Vince was extremely helpful, and the level of service I received truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you again, I will definitely be recommending you to my friends.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
